90 Day Fiancé Star Veronica Rodriguez and Fiancé Arrested for Domestic Violence Charges
90 Day Fiancé star Veronica Rodriguez and her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfar, were both apprehended for alleged domestic violence, Us Weekly can confirm.
Rodriguez, 40, and Daryoushfar, 38, were booked into a North Carolina detention facility on Monday, December 15, according to records obtained by Us.
The couple, who announced their engagement in September, have since been released after posting bail and are no longer in police custody, per court documents.
Rodriguez received a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, after she allegedly used “physical force” against Daryoushfar and was accused of “striking him in the face.”

Daryoushfar, conversely, was charged with “assault on a female,” based on documents acquired by Us. (The allegations were also reported by Instagram fan account 90DayFianceUpdate2.)
Rodriguez accused her fiancé of assaulting her during the confrontation. “Seth held/grabbed Veronica causing scratches to her wrists and thighs,” she claimed in legal filings obtained by The Ashley.
The outlet stated that Rodriguez secured her release on Monday afternoon by paying a $500 bond. The reality star was reportedly instructed not to “assault, threaten or harass prosecuting witness,” according to The Ashley, seemingly referring to Daryoushfar.

Daryoushfar, for his part, was released after posting a $2,500 bond, according to the publication, which also reported that he was told not to “assault, threaten or harass” his prosecuting witness, which would be Rodriguez.
Rodriguez and Daryoushfar's court date is scheduled for March 3, 2026.
Us Weekly has contacted TLC and Rodriguez for comment on the matter.
Rodriguez initially appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2019. She participated in 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk in the same year.

Rodriguez later dated Jamal, the son of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum Kim Menzies, but the relationship was brief.
