Alix Earle Links Up With Tom Brady After Recent Split, Defending Age-Gap Relationships
Even before Alix Earle’s flirty New Year’s Eve with Tom Brady, she wasn’t hesitant about pursuing relationships with older partners.
“I don’t believe there’s anything problematic with an age difference,” Earle, 25, commented on an April 2024 episode of Jake Shane’s “Therapuss” podcast, responding to a 19-year-old fan dating a 47-year-old. “Sometimes I appreciate a man who is more mature.”
Earle additionally revealed that she dated “someone who was a bit older” while she was attending college.
“He was, roughly, 45 when I was 20, but we only ever kissed because I felt nervous,” the influencer explained, hinting that Shane, 26, “likely knew him” but didn’t publicly identify him.

Almost a year later, Earle was observed getting cozy with Brady, 48, during a New Year’s Eve celebration.
“Alix and Tom were together throughout the entire night on New Year’s Eve celebrating at a party hosted by Palm Tree Crew in St. Barths,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly. “They were introduced by mutual acquaintances who were also in St. Barths and felt an immediate connection. There was considerable chemistry between them.”
While the insider noted that Earle was “genuinely enjoying spending time” with Brady, she isn’t eager to enter into another serious relationship soon.
“It’s nothing significant between her and Tom,” the source added. “They were together laughing, dancing and celebrating, having a good time.”
Earle and NFL star Braxton Berrios ended their relationship last month after nearly two years together.

“Braxton and I are no longer a couple. We’ve been in a long-distance relationship since, essentially, June and we haven’t been able to see each other very often,” Earle said in a TikTok video shared in December 2025. “It’s just been really challenging for me. I think that was a difficult realization for me because it meant we weren’t in the same location.”
She continued at the time, “A part of me also really wants to be concentrating on myself right now. I simply don’t feel like I can be what Braxton needs. I want him to have someone who can be there for him consistently and offer support. He wasn’t really expecting that from me … I frequently felt guilty.”
Earle relocated to California earlier in 2025 while preparing for Dancing With the Stars season 34, which she ultimately finished in second place. Meanwhile, Berrios, 30, resides in Florida whenever he’s not playing professional football for the Houston Texans.

While Berrios hasn’t spoken extensively about what led to the split, Earle further stated in her social media video that they parted amicably.
“It just feels like we’re on separate paths right now and it’s unfortunate,” Earle said. “We’re on good terms and I don’t want anyone to criticize him or be unkind to him. I think I ultimately just wanted to trust my instincts. This has just been really tough. … It’s not because he did anything wrong or I did anything wrong. It just didn’t feel like it was working out at the time.”
Former NFL quarterback Brady, for his part, was previously married to Gisele Bündchen, with whom he shares two children, from 2009 to 2022. He also shares son Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
