Alix Earle trades parties for meditation as she reflects on new chapter post-breakup.
Social media sensation Alix Earle has been feeling introspective following her recent separation from Braxton Berrios.
“Is my cognitive function developing [because] I’m about to turn 25 and usually I get anxious [about] throwing the largest party?” Earle, 24, wrote in text overlay on a TikTok video shared Wednesday, December 10. “All I desire is to exercise, practice meditation, play card games and have quality discussions [with] the people closest to me.”
In the footage, Earle rested in bed while an audio track played, “You are a diva, a young beautiful diva,” in the background.
Earle also pondered the catalyst for her new perspective.

“I am either growing up or simply going through a rough patch,” she captioned the post. “Perhaps it is a combination of both.”
While Earle offered no additional explanation for her current state of mind, she has recently navigated a split. Us Weekly confirmed earlier this month that Earle and Berrios, 30, ended their relationship after almost two years of dating.
“Geography was a major factor,” a source exclusively informed Us. “She genuinely desires to spend more time in Los Angeles, while Braxton resides in Florida.”
The insider added that Earle and the Houston Texans player increasingly felt they were “drifting apart as a couple.”
“Alix is currently focusing on her new chapter,” the source noted.
“She has been in high spirits and enjoying time with her friends.”
Though neither Earle nor Berrios have commented on their separation, both have remained busy with professional commitments. Berrios is currently in the middle of his NFL season, while Earle has traveled between Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.

Earle, who placed second in season 34 of Dancing With the Stars last month, traveled to Miami for Art Basel this past weekend.
“Join me at my best friend’s art showing for Art Basel,” Earle narrated in a TikTok video posted on Saturday, December 6. “Kristin [Konefal] has been collecting trash from the beach for the past few months, which she repurposed into artwork.”
She continued, “Each painting symbolizes a different point of rebirth, featuring the ocean, sun, flowers, bees, mushrooms, trees. … I am just so proud of her; the art was incredibly beautiful. She is simultaneously clearing the beaches and making a positive impact. To witness my best friend go from painting in her college dorm room to achieving this? We are so proud of you, Kristin, and we cherish you!”

Following Art Basel, Earle traveled to the Big Apple with her sister Ashtin.
“I have an extremely significant workweek and projects I have been developing for the last two years that we are filming and executing this week,” she explained in a video on Wednesday. “I had to wake up at 5:30 for glam because my schedule lasted from 8:30 a.m. until I arrived home [at] 6:30, where I was interacting with different press outlets, creating social media videos, and participating in photo shoots — all day without a break.”
Earle and Berrios began dating in 2023, frequently endorsing one another’s professional achievements before their separation. Fans questioned their relationship status throughout DWTS, but Earle maintained that Berrios’ NFL schedule was the only reason he could not attend the live broadcasts.
“I have watched you dedicate yourself completely to this since it began, and I think it shows,” Berrios told Earle via a prerecorded video message during the DWTS finale. “Best wishes. Enjoy yourself, my love.”
