Andrew Santino Reveals Travis Kelce Planned Taylor Swift Proposal Long Before Engagement
Comedian and actor Andrew Santino revealed that Travis Kelce confided his intention to propose marriage to Taylor Swift during a golf outing the previous spring.
During the September 12th episode of the “Pardon My Take” podcast, Santino, known for his acting and comedy, shared details of his discussion with the Kansas City Chiefs' tight end. He stated that the last time they met, Kelce expressed his desire to "do it" – meaning, propose to Swift. "We played golf together around April or May. And yes, he indicated he 'was going to propose,' though he didn't specify a date."
Santino explained, “I don’t typically probe. It reminds me of those internet memes where women ask, ‘You just golfed with your friend. So, what’s the latest on his divorce?’ We simply didn't discuss those specifics.”
Upon Kelce’s suggestion of an impending proposal, the 41-year-old Santino chose not to inquire further for specifics.

“We Facetimed him simply to offer our congratulations,” he stated. “And he greeted my father, saying, ‘What’s up?’ … My dad then wondered, ‘Am I attending? Will I receive an invitation?’ Honestly, it would be more amusing if he went and I wasn't invited.”
Santino conceded that Kelce and Swift maintain an extensive network of acquaintances, which could imply he might not be extended a wedding invitation.
