The OnlyFans star and Brayshaw first connected as colleagues at a pub, where they developed a friendship outside of work. Several years later, the pair attempted a romantic relationship, though Knight noted that the timing "just wasn't suitable" at that moment.
“We simply grew closer over the last few years, solidifying our best friendship,” she exclusively told Us Weekly in May. “It wasn't until late last year that we started considering if there might be something more between us. We both sensed it, but we initially resisted, saying, 'No, the time isn't right yet; I have my career responsibilities.' Our personal aspirations were different at the time.”
By March 2025, Brayshaw proposed to Knight following a heartfelt declaration of his affection. The couple plans to marry in October 2026, with Knight's dog Billy expected to participate as the ring bearer.
“My wedding planning spreadsheet is already active,” Knight joked to Us in August, mentioning that she and Brayshaw intend to “pull out all the stops” for the celebration.

During a trip to Cancun alongside fellow adult content creator Bonnie Blue, Brayshaw confessed his love for Knight. The proposal followed just one week later.
“I have known him for so long, and we are simply perfect together in an unconventional manner. Many people question how our relationship functions, but we understand it perfectly, and that is what matters," she explained to Us in May. “I knew right away that I would say yes. I am genuinely looking forward to marrying him.”

During Knight's challenge involving 583 men over six hours, Brayshaw provided long-distance support.
“He was at work on the day of the event itself, but he contacted me that morning to wish me well, telling me to 'make us proud. Have fun. Stay safe,'” Knight shared with Us. “He called me again that evening to ask how it went, and I recounted the experience for him.”
Knight shared that Brayshaw was “genuinely thrilled” that she “exceeded expectations” by surpassing her initial goal of having 200 men attend the event.
“He was proud of me for finishing it, as he was concerned that I might not be able to complete it and would be disappointed in myself,” she informed Us. “He was simply delighted for my success.”

Reflecting on the challenge involving 583 men in six hours, Knight explained to Us in August that the experience ultimately brought her closer to Brayshaw.
“I believe it truly strengthened Henry and my ability to communicate,” Knight elaborated. “I think our communication skills are unparalleled. For our relationship to function as it does, communication is the vital component.”

Brayshaw offered insight into the types of messages he receives regarding his relationship with Knight and how he responds, after one user questioned why he would “allow her to do that,” referencing the OnlyFans star's profession.
“She has saved my life on numerous occasions, more than I care to disclose,” Brayshaw responded, partially. “I am her pillar of support; we form an incredible partnership.
