The 46-year-old host of Celebrity IOU: Joyride shared with his Instagram audience on Saturday, November 1, his renewed commitment to well-being following a challenging period, which notably included sustaining several significant injuries during a soccer game.
“October is a month I’m ready to leave behind! Three dear friends received alarming diagnoses, which prompted me to seriously re-evaluate my own health, exploring various avenues like diet, peptide treatments, body scans, and supplements,” Anstead posted. “Then, unexpectedly, a bizarre soccer incident resulted in a detached pectoral muscle and significant tears to my rotator cuff and labrum!”
The charismatic television personality acknowledged that his athletic injuries necessitated an enforced period of rest, a concept he typically finds challenging.

I welcome any and all guidance.”
