Ariana Biermann Gives Seal of Approval to Mom Kim Zolciak's New Man Amidst Divorce Drama

The cast member of Next Gen NYC , Ariana Biermann, expresses full support for Kyle Mowitz, the new romantic partner of her mother, Kim Zolciak.

“I genuinely like him,” the 24-year-old Ariana shared in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025 on Saturday, November 15, where she was present with her 47-year-old mother, Kim. “He is a decent person.”

Kim, having confirmed her relationship with Kyle the previous month, agreed that her new partner is undeniably “a good man.”

This marks the first romantic involvement for the former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member since her separation from her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, in 2023.

“I never envisioned myself with anyone else. Roughly two years after I initiated the divorce proceedings, I encountered Kyle, and he was experiencing a remarkably similar circumstance to my own,” Kim shared with Us on Saturday. “We are both contending with our respective divorces, and I believe we forge a profound connection based on that shared experience. And yes, he's wonderful.”

In May 2023, both Kim and Kroy, 40, initiated divorce proceedings following 12 years of marriage, a move that promptly escalated into a contentious custody battle concerning their children: KJ, 14, Kash, 13, and the 11-year-old twins, Kaia and Kane. (It is noted that Kroy had earlier adopted Ariana and 28-year-old Brielle, who are Kim’s daughters from prior relationships.)

“I am uncertain if it will ever conclude. I hope it would finish by tomorrow,” Kim further explained to Us regarding her ongoing interaction with Kroy. “It's simply challenging. I've always managed to successfully co-parent with my former partners in similar situations. Therefore, this is simply my desire. I wish to be able to co-parent and prioritize what is most beneficial for our kids.”

She continued, “It's merely the chasm that I find so unsettling; after all, we've lived a good life. We spent a significant period together. We are parents to four wonderful children. Can we simply resolve this?”

Ariana, on her end, disclosed that she offers prayers “every night” for her parents to successfully navigate their disagreements for the well-being of her siblings.

“Ultimately, he is my father,” Ariana explained to Us regarding her current relationship with Kroy. “I find it exceptionally difficult, in the final analysis, to manage this circumstance and observe the unfolding events, particularly what he is doing to my mother and compelling everyone to endure this ordeal in the manner he is. I endeavor to find the most effective way to cope with it, but it is unequivocally very challenging.”

Ariana's younger brothers and sisters are likewise striving to progress.

“They are exceptional. KJ and Kash excel remarkably in football, akin to superstars. People describe them as extraordinary talents,” Kim shared with Us about her elder boys. “The twins are doing well. Kaia possesses a bit of a boisterous disposition. Kaia has certainly tested my patience, as my mother often remarks, ‘You’re experiencing your comeuppance now, it’s your moment.’ She is the most charming girl, yet she strongly dislikes authority — much like her own mother.”

Kim stated that she is inclined to “indulge a bit excessively now” in pampering her children as a consequence of the divorce.

“I find myself saying things like, ‘You wish to dine there, let's proceed with that,’ or, ‘Let's head to Sky Zone, or let's engage in this activity,’ as I am attempting to make up for the deficiency from the other party,” she asserted. “Will my divorce ever be finalized? I eagerly await that moment. I never imagined uttering such words. My sole desire is to conclude the divorce and proceed with my life.”
