Ariana Biermann Lands Her Own NYC Apartment After Breakup with Hudson McLeroy

Next Gen NYC personality Ariana Biermann is embarking on a new chapter, which includes a change of residence, following her separation from Hudson McLeroy.

On Thursday, October 16, the 24-year-old Biermann shared an Instagram video chronicling her relocation with assistance from Roadway Moving, as she transitioned from the shared dwelling with McLeroy to her independent abode.

“Today marks another moving day,” Biermann stated at the video’s outset. “I’m transitioning into my very own apartment. … This is my inaugural apartment in New York City, and I am the only tenant named on the lease.”

“I feel a sense of excitement, yet it’s also quite bittersweet,” she remarked, alluding to her recent breakup with McLeroy.

The footage then depicted Roadway movers relocating her possessions, such as a sofa, to her newly acquired residence.

Concluding the video, Biermann was seen on her apartment’s balcony, gazing at the New York cityscape, and shared, “This is my inaugural evening in my own apartment.”

The Bravo reality personality publicly acknowledged her separation from McLeroy, her long-time partner since high school, via an Instagram Story posted on Tuesday, October 14.

“Hudson and I have chosen to pursue individual paths,” she penned. “Although such decisions are invariably challenging, we both recognize this is the most beneficial course for us at present. We extend our sincere gratitude for the affection and encouragement you’ve extended to us throughout the years.”

“Occasionally, life leads individuals along divergent routes, and that is perfectly acceptable,” she added.

The following day, McLeroy commented on the breakup in his personal declaration shared on Instagram Stories.

“I believe it’s important for everyone to understand both perspectives of our situation,” he stated. “My affection for Ariana remains steadfast and always will.”

“She supported me during moments when I struggled to support myself,” McLeroy expressed. “I still have numerous personal issues to resolve and overcome independently to evolve into the individual I aspire to be.”

He concluded by saying, “I am thankful for all the well wishes and solidarity everyone is extending to us during this challenging period.”

The pair had an intermittent relationship since their high school years, making their romance public on social media in 2018.

Ariana Biermann, offspring of former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, relocated to New York City with McLeroy in July 2024. Their initial year in the metropolis was chronicled in the debut season of Bravo’s Next Gen NYC, which launched in June.

Additionally, the series featured Biermann re-establishing her early-life bond with Riley Burruss, daughter of Zolciak’s RHOA castmate Kandi Burruss. Zolciak and Kandi notably had a public falling out on the reality program concerning Zolciak’s track “Tardy for the Party,” which Kandi co-authored and produced.

“I’m incredibly pleased that we can demonstrate to the world that the duration of a friendship's pause or inter-family disputes are inconsequential — a connection can still be reignited and thrive beyond all the drama,” Biermann shared exclusively with Us Weekly in a recent conversation.

Riley further commented, “I felt apprehensive, but we spent the entire day together, even when the cameras weren’t rolling. We forged a deep friendship within just two hours.”
