Following two months of circulating rumors about their relationship troubles, Jessica Simpson confirmed that her 10-year marriage to Eric Johnson had ended. “Eric and I have been residing apart while addressing a difficult period in our marital journey,” she informed Us Weekly in an official communication released on January 13. “Our offspring are our primary concern, and we are prioritizing their well-being. We are thankful for the outpouring of affection and encouragement we've received, and we request discretion at this time as we navigate this transition as a household.”

The former couple exchanged vows in 2014 and are parents to Maxwell, Ace, and Birdie. Merely two days prior to revealing their separation, Simpson relisted her property in Los Angeles for sale, seeking $17.9 million.

Concurrently, on January 8, reports emerged that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren had parted ways following 16 years of marriage. Alba was in the ninth month of her pregnancy with their first child, daughter Honor, when they united in marriage in 2008.
