Collin Gosselin Challenges Mother Kate To Lie Detector Test Over Infidelity Claims
Collin Gosselin stands firm in his conviction regarding his mother Kate Gosselin’s purported infidelity.
“I officially invite my mother to take a lie detector test,” the 21-year-old Collin posted on his Instagram Story on Thursday, September 25. “Following that, it will become clear who has been dishonest with the public. I am completely earnest about this.”
Collin and his father, Jon Gosselin, have asserted in the past that Kate’s supposed new partner is Steve Neild, who previously served as the family’s security guard and with whom she allegedly engaged in an affair. (Kate, aged 50, has remained silent on these allegations. Us Weekly sought her comment.)
“It truly distresses me that my mother engaged in an affair with our bodyguard as far back as 2009, and for years, they shared hotel rooms during our family trips, even as I occupied an adjoining room,” Collin alleged on social media on Wednesday, September 24. “Now, people are romanticizing her relationship with him.”
A related point of discussion revolves around whether Collin Gosselin is 'Open' to reconciling with his mother Kate Gosselin.
He further stated, “I hope she doesn’t attempt to dismiss this. Simply step forward and be honest.”
Kate recently disclosed on TikTok that she has been involved in a relationship for “just over a year.” Although Kate refrained from naming her partner, Jon, 48, subsequently asserted on Wednesday that his former spouse is seeing Neild.
Collin elucidated on Wednesday the reasons behind his decision to speak publicly. “I do not favor drama, and I am occupied with college, employment, and managing my enterprise,” he remarked. “Do not believe I thrive on this [controversy]. Nevertheless, I hold strong convictions regarding infidelity and the subsequent act of attributing one’s own misdeeds to another.”
Jon Gosselin Alleges Ex-Wife Kate Would ‘Separate’ Him From His Family
Collin additionally refuted the notion that he and Jon are excessively preoccupied with Kate, from whom both are alienated.
“That is not the case. We have endured the harm inflicted by a narcissist and shared our sorrows,” Collin stated. “Therefore, we will not simply create TikTok videos and feign recovery when we still carry the burden of past pain. I love you, Dad.”
Jon and Kate were wed between 1999 and 2009. They are parents to twins Mady and Cara, both currently 24, and sextuplets Collin, Aaden, Joel, Hannah, Leah, and Alexis, all aged 21.
Although Kate initially received sole custody of all eight children during the divorce, Hannah and Collin relocated to live with their father in 2018. Collin is currently alienated from his brothers and sisters, asserting last month that they were frequently “separated” and “incited against” each other during their upbringing.
