Courtney and Corey married in 2016 and separated in 2023. Final agreements on spousal maintenance and legal costs are still pending. The performer began providing his former partner with $2,000 monthly in August 2023, a sum that later rose to $3,500 per month in November 2024.

Courtney stated her belief that the support payments ought to be raised to $7,226 each month, citing an uptick in Corey's accessible earnings. She highlighted his recent participation on Dancing With the Stars, where, she claims, participants are rumored to earn anywhere from $125,000 to $300,000 for their involvement.

Courtney asserted she informed the performer in early 2023 that she would “no longer be ‘partying’” because of her “declining health.” She appended, “As soon as I refused the drugs, our relationship swiftly disintegrated.”
