Cyrus Mom and Daughter Play Matchmaker for Charlie Sheen's Daughter
Tish and Brandi Cyrus are attempting to set up a romantic connection for a daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards.
On the September 18 episode of their podcast, “Sorry We’re Cyrus,” the pair — mother and daughter — made an effort to pair Sami Sheen with Joe Purcell, who is the oldest son of Tish’s spouse, Dominic Purcell.
Tish, aged 58, disclosed that she had recently begun overseeing Joe's (26) acting endeavors, describing him as “absolutely stunning.” Sheen, 21, then chimed in, mentioning she had watched a video of Joe and remarked, “This is a really handsome guy.”
“He’s beautiful,” Tish affirmed, prompting Brandi, 38, to promptly inquire of Sheen, “Wait, are you single?”
“I am single, yes,” Sheen confirmed.
Tish stated that Joe had “just met somebody,” indicating he was no longer available, yet she expressed that a romance between Sheen and Joe would “make [her] life.”
“You two would be adorable,” Brandi observed.
Sheen responded, “Oh, my God, alright, perhaps I should meet him.”
Tish assured Sheen that Joe is the “nicest guy you will ever meet in your whole entire life,” with Brandi mentioning his height of 6 foot 5. Sheen commented that she typically avoids dating very tall men due to the “pain in [her] neck” from looking up, but she remains “open” to getting acquainted with Joe.
Joe gained widespread online attention during the summer months after his role as Hunter in the miniseries His Nerd, which achieved viral status on TikTok. The series’ premise describes “a robotics genius and a soccer talent who enter a simulated dating arrangement to address individual challenges, encountering bullies, familial difficulties, and illicit ties. Their simulated relationship evolves into genuine affection as they navigate emotions and clashing realities.”
Beyond his work on His Nerd, Joe has also featured in the miniseries The Glow Up Game and is slated for roles in the forthcoming movies Shellbound and Glamping, as per his IMDb profile.
Dominic, 55 — who is a father to Joe, daughter Audrey, 24, and twins Augustus and Lily-Rose, 22, from his previous marriage to Rebecca Williamson — has openly championed his son’s professional path.
“My eldest son Joe,” Dominic wrote alongside an Instagram picture of his son in January. “His acting journey commences. Immensely proud of you, mate. Your ability and modest demeanor will ensure your success. Love, Dad.”

“I believe Tish is the most incredible person. I can’t quite summarize it,” Joe shared during a July installment of “Sorry We’re Cyrus.”
During their discussion, Tish became visibly moved when remembering Joe’s address at her August 2023 marriage ceremony with Dominic.
“My most cherished remark you made to me [was] at the wedding,” Tish recounted. “He began delivering his speech and stated, ‘I never, ever wished for my dad to remarry, and then I encountered Tish.’ I thought, ‘That is the most heartfelt sentiment.’”
Regarding Joe’s private life, little information is available about him or his past relationships, given that he largely remained outside public attention before 2025.
Concurrently, Sheen was reportedly associated with TikTok personality Aiden David in 2024.
