Diddy's New Year's Menu: A Protein-Packed Start to His Incarceration
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will be beginning his year with a focus on protein intake.
Combs, 56, will be provided with baked fish, grilled beef, or a tofu lo mein dish for his first meal of 2026, a spokesperson at Fort Dix confirmed exclusively to Us Weekly.
The well-known inmate’s meal on New Year’s Day 2026 will also include kidney beans, a baked potato, steamed broccoli, and either fruit or a holiday dessert, according to the prison facility’s meal schedule obtained by Us.
Similar to Christmas, the former music executive will conclude his day with a less elaborate dinner.
Sandwiches featuring either sliced deli meat and cheese or peanut butter and jelly will be offered to inmates at Diddy’s New Jersey correctional facility.
These will be accompanied by potato chips, whole wheat bread, and additional fruit or dessert.
This marks Diddy’s second Thanksgiving and Christmas spent incarcerated.
He received a sentence of 50 months in prison on October 3 for two counts of transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution.
The ex-music mogul has been adapting to his new life as an inmate. Diddy even assisted in organizing Thanksgiving meals for 1,000 men within the federal facility last month.
“We prepared the food and distributed it to all the buildings,” Fort Dix inmate B.I., explained to Us in November. “Enough for approximately 200 people in each building. It required two days of preparation.”
Diddy, through his representative, told Us that the gesture was “a small comfort in a challenging environment,” adding, “Genuine generosity involves ensuring the well-being of others, even when resources are limited.”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and subsequently convicted on the two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was found not guilty of two counts of sex trafficking and one count of racketeering conspiracy.

He maintained his innocence throughout the proceedings and received credit for one year served towards his sentence for the time he spent at MDC Brooklyn.
Diddy has recently been back in the public eye due to 50 Cent’s Sean Combs: The Reckoning, a four-part Netflix docuseries that his representative told Us is “a damaging and unfair portrayal.”
His team further asserted that Netflix acquired some of the footage illegally. (The streaming giant refuted those allegations).
The docuseries director, Alexandria Stapleton, responded to the accusations.
“The footage was presented to us, and we obtained it legally with the necessary permissions,” she told Variety this month. “We made significant efforts to protect the filmmaker’s anonymity. One characteristic of Sean Combs is his consistent self-documentation, a pattern spanning decades. We also reached out to Sean Combs’ legal team multiple times to request an interview and comment, but did not receive a response.”
Diddy is scheduled for release on May 25, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.
