“Alex and I are attempting to get through each day. Every day feels vastly different for us, and I struggle to find the right words,” Kayla said in an emotional TikTok video. “I’ve shared so much of Alex and I’s life online, and it felt appropriate to come and express my gratitude. I am truly thankful for the community of people who have shown their support and love for us. It has provided us with considerable comfort during this time.”Kayla further described the profound difficulty of losing her child.“Be prepared for anything, I was prepared for whatever outcome might occur.
