From Fargo to Forever Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons' On-Screen Love Story

Dunst and Plemons portrayed the married high school sweethearts, Peggy, and local butcher, Ed, in the FX drama Fargo. They were key cast members in the show's second installment.
“It felt like a true blessing,” Plemons enthused during PaleyFest in 2015 when questioned about his collaboration with Dunst. “I'd admired Kirsten’s performances for a considerable period, and my excitement grew even more once I had the pleasure of meeting her; she's a wonderful individual, and we share a common trait as actors who simply … enjoy delving into the script.”
Dunst and Plemons made their first public appearance as a couple off-set in 2016, with the actor, known for his role in Breaking Bad, proposing a year subsequently. Their family expanded with the arrival of their first child in 2018, and a second in 2021. The pair officially confirmed their marriage in 2022, a full four years after initially fueling rumors by using the terms “husband and wife” for each other.
