Garcelle Beauvais Finds Dating Easier Post-RHOBH, Hints at Possible Return Under One Condition

Garcelle Beauvais is sharing insights into her romantic pursuits following her departure from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“My dating experience has been enjoyable,” Beauvais revealed exclusively to Us Weekly a month prior, during her promotional tour for her recent Lifetime films, Taken at a Truck Stop: A Black Girl Missing Movie and Terry McMillan Presents: Tempted 2 Love, where she holds roles as both lead actress and executive producer.

“I believe I’m achieving a healthy equilibrium now, and I'm open to new connections, so time will tell what unfolds,” she continued.
The ex-reality personality further confessed that pursuing relationships is considerably simpler without the constant scrutiny of The Real Housewives film crew.

“Absolutely, without a doubt — that aspect presented a challenge for me,” she clarified. “During my initial season, I was involved with someone, and naturally, not everyone wishes to partake in such an environment. Moreover, the type of man I desire does not typically seek to appear on a reality television program. That's simply my preference.”

Garcelle Beauvais Might Rejoin 'RHOBH' Under a Specific Condition

She went on, “While it had its enjoyable moments, I'm content now — a degree of personal space is beneficial for me. It was undeniably difficult living under such constant public observation. I acknowledge the fantastic fanbase and the widespread affection for the program, and I gained much from my involvement. However, I'm also pleased to devote more time to my children before their college years begin, and to pursue numerous fulfilling creative endeavors that I enjoy.”

Garcelle publicly declared her exit from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in March 2025, following a five-season tenure.

“Hello everyone, I have an announcement. I’ve made the choice to depart Beverly Hills,” Garcelle conveyed in an Instagram video back then. “It has certainly been an eventful journey. I mean, there have been some incredible experiences, alongside some challenging moments, but it has truly been a journey nonetheless.”

A contributing factor to her choice to withdraw from reality television was her desire to dedicate more moments to her twin boys, Jax and Jaid.

“Their final year of high school is approaching, and I intend to be present for that, and Jaid is embarking on a new professional path, which I also wish to support,” she elaborated. “Furthermore, I am engaged in incredibly promising projects that I am developing, producing, and acting in. I am unable to disclose details at this moment, but you will be informed shortly.”

She added, “I want to express my profound gratitude; you all have encouraged me, stood by me, and at times even advocated for me or on my behalf. This means a great deal, and I hope you will persist in sharing this path with me. It is not a farewell, but rather a temporary parting. So, until next time.”

Andy Cohen Commends Garcelle Beauvais’ ‘Exemplary’ Romantic Partners

A month ago, Garcelle acknowledged that she would contemplate a comeback to the popular reality television series — provided a specific stipulation was met.

“Garcelle, is there a cast member from Beverly Hills whose departure would persuade you to think about returning, and if so, whom would that be?” a member of the audience inquired of Garcelle during her segment on the October 23 installment of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

“That is indeed an excellent inquiry,” Garcelle replied, prior to offering her definitive answer, “Erika,” with minimal pause, indicating her former castmate Erika Jayne.
