Glen Powell and Michelle Randolph are preparing to celebrate the arrival of 2026 together.
The pair are “spending the holiday season in St. Barths with a large group of friends,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively.
“They traveled together, and Glen extended an invitation for her to join him on the trip,” the insider adds. “It aligned well because Michelle also had mutual acquaintances attending as well.”
Miles Teller’s wife, Keleigh Teller, provided a glimpse of the vacation through Instagram Stories on Tuesday, December 30. Influencer Alix Earle and Nina Dobrev were also seen on the getaway. They’ve “been enjoying festivities together as a big group” over the past few days, the source adds.

According to the insider, Randolph, 28, and Powell, 37, “are in a relationship” but “maintaining a relaxed and discreet approach” for the time being. (Us initially reported news of the couple’s connection earlier this month.)
“Glen is very fond of her and they are having a wonderful time. He finds her incredibly beautiful and is captivated by her,” the source continues. “They share common ground, both working in the entertainment industry. Michelle tends to be reserved, and Glen brings out a playful side in her.”
Randolph and Powell’s connection “developed naturally” and has been “remarkably effortless,” the insider shares, noting that the duo “connected over shared values and a similar sense of humor.”
Keeping their blossoming romance “away from social media” is an “intentional” decision, according to the source.
“They’ve dedicated some quality time to traveling recently,” the insider tells Us. “Neither of them is rushing or attempting to define the relationship prematurely.”
The source adds: “Glen appreciates how stable and self-assured Michelle is, and she’s drawn to how considerate and down-to-earth he is.”
Both Randolph and Powell are known for their close relationships with their families, who have “been supportive from the beginning,” the insider says, noting that those close to the pair “believe they complement each other well.”

“Everyone is allowing them to progress at their own speed. They have both introduced each other to their immediate family members,” the same source notes. “Right now, it’s primarily about appreciating each other’s company, observing where things lead, and avoiding any pressure.”
Romantic speculation surrounding Randolph and Powell began last month after they were observed dancing at a bar in the Top Gun: Maverick star’s hometown of Austin, Texas. Us previously reported that the two have been striving to keep their relationship “out of the public eye” since October.
“They have been spending increased time together in recent weeks, as they both have breaks from their filming schedules,” a separate source told Us earlier this month. “She’s spent a significant portion of the last year in Texas filming [Landman on Paramount+] and shares that connection with Glen. Originally from California, Michelle has genuinely come to appreciate Texas, and they have bonded over it.”
Neither Randolph nor Powell are unfamiliar with public relationships, as both stars have been linked to fellow actors throughout the years.
The Landman actress was in a relationship with Wizards of Waverly Place alum Gregg Sulkin from 2018 to 2023. Powell, meanwhile, was with Gigi Paris from 2020 to 2023.
