Haley Kalil Declares "Good" the Trend Amidst Divorce Lawsuit and Reflects on 2026 Aspirations
She continued, “’Out’ is going to be ego, pride, and being unkind to anyone. Like, say ‘goodbye’ to negativity and ‘hello’ to kindness.”
Haley’s comments come several months after she publicly discussed during a livestream that Matt’s physical attributes were a “significant factor” in their 2022 divorce.

“[This occurred] throughout our entire marriage,” she stated during the November 2025 Twitch broadcast. “I explored every option – therapists, doctors [and I] researched surgical procedures, you know? It’s almost comical. It feels like my life is a comedy, and it’s practically writing itself.”
Haley added, “It was, essentially, he was in the top .01 percent. We attempted everything [and it was] nearly impossible unless you were constantly upset.”
Shortly after her comment gained widespread attention, Haley released a follow-up statement.
“I deeply value respecting his privacy and the sanctity of what we shared together. During our livestream, we discussed so much more than what’s being highlighted – the affection in our marriage, the personal development we experienced, the depth of our connection,” she told TMZ Sports at the time.
She continued, “It’s unfortunate that only one portion is being emphasized because it doesn’t represent the complete narrative of how meaningful things were to me. I hope [the] ninety-minute conversation reflects more than a memorable soundbite.”
Haley Kalil Plans to Dismiss Matt Kalil's Lawsuit: Divorce Drama Explained
Despite her statement, Matt initiated legal action against Haley earlier this month, alleging that her words “suggested that the size of [Matt’s] anatomy was a primary reason for the couple’s divorce and implied that sexual relations … would leave her ‘in tears,’” according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
Matt has reportedly been compelled to “endure the continuous public dissemination of these degrading and deeply personal statements,” further claiming that Haley was able to “financially benefit from this surge in viewership.”
Matt is seeking to receive compensation “on all claims outlined in the complaint,” with the total amount “exceeding $75,000.”
In a statement to Us, Haley claimed that she was “genuinely surprised and deeply hurt upon receiving news of this filing.”
“Legal proceedings are a distressing and emotionally draining experience, and I am saddened that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this process,” the statement read, noting that Haley also praised Matt several times during the livestream, including a moment where she described him as the “finest man in the world.”
“The truth is evident in the original livestream. I spoke favorably of him in numerous ways throughout that conversation,” she concluded.
In a separate statement to People on January 7, Haley’s attorney Matthew Bialick said she intends to dismiss Matt’s lawsuit and asserted that the “case lacks legal merit.”
Matt’s attorney Ryan Saba went on to argue in a statement to Us that Haley “disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public interest and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention.”
In a separate statement to Us, Haley’s lawyer added, “The lawsuit alleges that Ms. Kalil stated that sexual intercourse with Mr. Kalil would leave her ‘in tears.’ Allowing this allegation to form the basis of a legal claim would mean that a woman could be sued simply for honestly describing physical discomfort during intimacy, which is not consistent with the First Amendment.”
