Her actions were extreme, outrageous, and deeply inappropriate, and have caused considerable harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.”Us Weekly has reached out to Haley’s attorney for further comment.News emerged on Tuesday, January 6, that Matt was filing a lawsuit against Haley after the TikTok influencer discussed his physical attributes via social media.In the court documents obtained by Us, the former Carolina Panthers player claimed Haley’s “intrusive remarks” undermined his desire to remain out of the spotlight.Matt cited Haley’s appearance on a November 2025 Twitch livestream when she “suggested that the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia was a major factor in the couple’s divorce and claimed that sexual intimacy with Plaintiff would leave her ‘distressed.'”

At one point in the livestream, Haley said, “I was considering various options – therapists, doctors [and I] researched cosmetic procedures, you know what I mean? That’s why it’s a little amusing. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it almost writes itself.”She added, “It was, like, he’s .01 percent of the population.
