Harry and Meghan Make Surprise Appearance at Kris Jenner's Lavish 70th Birthday Bash
Sources indicate that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were included in the list of celebrity attendees at Kris Jenner’s extravagant, unexpected birthday celebration.
Photographs released by The Daily Mail show Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, observed outside the gathering on Saturday, November 8. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen hand-in-hand at the Beverly Hills, California, location, both elegantly dressed in head-to-toe black attire.
Harry chose a traditional tuxedo, accessorized with a poppy pin on his lapel to commemorate the U.K.'s Remembrance Day, contrasting with Meghan who wore a sophisticated long-sleeved turtleneck dress featuring a prominent leg slit.
Earlier this week, Us Weekly verified that Jenner's offspring — including four children from her marriage to the late Robert Kardashian and two daughters with Caitlyn Jenner — had organized an unexpected party for her significant 70th birthday. An insider revealed that the Kardashian-Jenner family opted for a James Bond motif, as "007" echoes the numerical value of Kris's age.

On Wednesday, November 5, daughter Kim Kardashian posted on Instagram, stating, “HAPPY 70TH BIRTHDAY TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ON THE PLANET! No one else in this entire world is as unique as you! You are so fortunate to have an incredible family enveloped in immense affection! You are truly a superhero and have served as the ultimate role model through your leadership and your life, lived with such elegance, empathy, and happiness! I aspire to be exactly like you when I mature, a sentiment I've held my entire life! I adore you endlessly, mom!”
There has been no additional public record of Kris’ lavish birthday celebration from either the Kardashian-Jenners or Harry and Meghan. Furthermore, the connection between the royal pair and the Kardashians personalities remains unclear, despite Kris and her daughter Khloé Kardashian having previously received promotional items from Meghan’s As Ever lifestyle label.
Meghan introduced As Ever earlier this year, following her and Harry's move from England to California in 2020 after they relinquished their roles as senior working royals.

On an April installment of her “Confessions of a Female Founder” podcast, Meghan recounted, “I had registered 'As Ever' as a brand name in 2022, and subsequently, as circumstances developed last year and a partner of considerable magnitude was introduced, it was truly compelling. I stated, ‘I prefer [the brand’s original name] American Riviera as a broader concept,’ allowing for distinct categories underneath it. And perhaps keep ‘Orchard’ quite minimal. However, when that proved impractical … it abruptly turned into a jumble of words. I wasn't particularly fond of that.”
She proceeded, “I thought, ‘Alright, let's revert to what I've always favored. Let's employ the name I safeguarded for a specific purpose, which had been somewhat concealed,’ and then we could concentrate in privacy, working diligently to construct something that no one was scrutinizing or even aware of. That period of tranquility was genuinely beneficial.”
Meghan stated that she reverted the brand’s nomenclature to As Ever subsequent to finalizing an agreement with Netflix.
The Suits former star elaborated, “Netflix joined, not solely as my collaborator on the series, but also as my associate in my enterprise, which was monumental,” referencing her two-season With Love, Meghan documentary series. “I deliberated on it, and I’ve been anticipating an opportune time to unveil a name I had reserved in 2022, and this is that occasion, and it is known as As Ever.”
