Harry and Meghan's Kris Jenner Party Pics Vanish After Consent Hiccup
The reason for the disappearance of images featuring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday celebration appears to have been uncovered.
It is rumored that Harry, aged 41, and Meghan, 44, declined photographic consent on a document presented to them before the event, as reported by Tom Sykes in The Royalist Substack.
Their negative response signified the royal pair's wish for images of them within the gathering not to be publicly disseminated.
On Wednesday, November 12, Sykes disclosed that a member of the Kardashian-Jenner social media staff overlooked Harry and Meghan’s preference. This oversight explains why the duo appeared in photographs shared by both Kim Kardashian and Jenner, 70, on Monday, November 10, prior to their rapid deletion.

Sykes indicated that Harry and Meghan were not “unduly concerned” by the images that briefly appeared online.
_TMZ_ states that multiple pictures were taken down, beyond just those featuring Harry and Meghan. The publication suggested that given it was Remembrance Day in the U.K., they believed it “could be more appropriate” to remove the royal couple's photos. Conversely, an insider familiar with the occasion informed _Us_ that no consent form for attendees was known to exist.
_Us Weekly_ has contacted Team Sussex seeking a statement.
_Us_ had earlier disclosed that Jenner’s offspring — Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner — were organizing an unexpected celebration for Kris’ significant birthday.

An informant revealed to _Us_ earlier in the month that the Kardashian-Jenner family chose a _James Bond_ motif because “007” aligns with their mother’s new age.
Harry and Meghan were captured by cameras arriving at the festivity on Saturday, November 8, hosted at the Beverly Hills estate of Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sanchez.
Meghan donned an elegant black gown featuring a high-neck design and a dramatic slit, revealing her sculpted legs. Harry, for his part, sported a velvet dinner jacket and dark trousers, adorned with a poppy pin on his lapel to commemorate the U.K.’s Remembrance Day.
Kim, 45, subsequently posted a collection of event photos on Instagram on Monday. “KASINO ROYALE,” read her caption for the images.
The Palace Did Not Snub Meghan Markle in Prince Harry’s 40th Birthday Post
A particular photograph depicted Kim and Meghan smiling and posing in tandem as the photographer captured the moment. The prince could be observed in the background of the shot, engaged in conversation with someone nearby. ( Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, Ciara, and other notable figures were also featured in the upload.)
Soon after the images were published, Meghan was no longer visible in the social media summary.
The honoree also uploaded pictures from the joyous festivity on Monday. “A magical evening commemorating my 70th birthday with wonderful family and companions,” Kris wrote alongside her photo compilation.
Although Kris’ initial upload contained a picture of her with both Meghan and Harry, it has since been removed.

Notwithstanding the photographic incident, Kris continued the festivities, sharing numerous updates about her momentous day, encompassing images with Kathie Lee Gifford and Mariah Carey.
“Among the finest nights of my existence,” Kris captioned an additional Instagram post. “I am immensely blessed and profoundly thankful for my cherished family and companions!”
While images of Harry and Meghan from the casino-inspired gala have vanished, the couple has maintained a prominent public presence recently.
They appeared joyful at Game 4 of the World Series on October 28, watching the Los Angeles Dodgers compete against the Toronto Blue Jays at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. Both Meghan, a Los Angeles native, and Harry wore Dodgers’ caps to support the squad.
Harry and Meghan subsequently managed two engagements on Saturday, attending Kris’ birthday celebration and the yearly Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood on the same night. The couple was photographed alongside Serena Williams, the host of the occasion.
