Inside the Cyrus Clan: Love, Individuality, and Family Bonds

The well-known family includes many prominent figures — Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus, among others — but their mutual affection and support seems even more significant.

“I maintain a very personal and strong bond with my family,” Miley shared with British Vogue in 2021. “However, as with all families, we have our complexities, but we welcome the reality that each of us is quite distinct from one another. My siblings and I share many similarities, yet we also possess notable differences. And we simply acknowledge this and refrain from criticism. Our family prioritizes unwavering love.”

Billy Ray and his former spouse, Tish Cyrus, are the parents of five children together. Besides Miley and Noah, the couple also have daughter Brandi Cyrus and sons Trace Cyrus and Braison Cyrus.

Yet, one Cyrus child that fans may not be familiar with is Christopher Cody Cyrus, Billy Ray’s son with Kristin Luckey. The “Achy Breaky Heart” performer and Luckey had a short relationship in the early 1990s, ending it shortly before the country artist began a relationship with Tish. Luckey gave birth to Christopher Cody in April 1992, just seven months before Tish welcomed Miley.
