Jackie Apostel Defends Age Gap Romance with Cruz Beckham with a Passionate Declaration
Jackie Apostel, the girlfriend of Cruz Beckham, responded to an online remark describing their romance as "unusual."
On Friday, October 3, Apostel, aged 29, accompanied the 20-year-old musician to Paris Fashion Week, where his mother, Victoria Beckham, debuted her Spring-Summer 2026 line. Afterward, Victoria, 51, posted an elegant picture on Instagram featuring her husband David Beckham, their daughter Harper, sons Romeo and Cruz, and Apostel, all seated alongside fashion luminary Anna Wintour at the event.
She expressed to her family, "I have so much love for all of you... I couldn't have achieved this without you."
A social media user commented, "Why is someone who is 29 dating a 20-year-old? That's just strange. I'm referring to Jackie and Cruz's relationship."

Numerous individuals defended the pair before Apostel personally clarified her reasons for being involved with a man nine years her junior.
Apostel responded, "Because he possesses kindness, humor, intelligence, compassion, ambition, maturity, talent, loyalty, and is also rather attractive."
Apostel posted her personal pictures from her week in the French capital on Instagram, extending gratitude to Victoria for her invitation.
"What a spectacular presentation, and I wore my favorite dress. @victoriabeckham 🧡 it was an honor to see this vision unfold," she messaged Victoria.
Accompanying a second series of images from Paris Fashion Week — some depicting her kissing Cruz — she appended: "And 24 hours in 🇫🇷🥖"
Victoria reciprocated the praise, commenting that Apostel appeared "very beautiful" in her pictures from Paris Fashion Week.
Cruz and Apostel were initially seen as a couple in April 2024, then made their relationship official by appearing at the Glastonbury Festival in Pilton, Somerset, England, in July. The pair also attended Victoria’s Paris Fashion Week presentation in October 2024, occupying front-row seats alongside David, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Harper.
Separately, Cruz recently commented on internal family strife before David and Victoria did not attend their son Brooklyn’s August vow renewal with his wife, Nicola Peltz. Cruz appeared to criticize Brooklyn's career choices in a June video, where he performed his track “For Ya Love.”
A user humorously asked, "Will you continue with this profession, or are you planning to become a race car driver next, or something similar?"
Cruz sharply retorted, "You've got the wrong brother, pal."
All Statements Victoria Beckham and Nicola Peltz Have Made Regarding One Another
The jest appeared to allude to Brooklyn’s diverse professional endeavors, such as photography, culinary arts, and motorsport.
Us Weekly disclosed exclusively that family discord escalated in May when Brooklyn and his spouse opted out of David’s 50th birthday celebration. An insider informed Us that David and Victoria transitioned from feeling “sad and heartbroken to now acknowledging it and understanding they are powerless” to mend their disagreements with Brooklyn at this moment.
"They have ceased discussing it," the source maintained in June. "They accept the situation as it stands. It's up to Brooklyn to initiate reconciliation."
Although the Beckhams have mostly stayed silent regarding an alleged family dispute, Brooklyn offered a rare statement when addressing reporters at the Ryder Cup Celebrity All-Star Match in September.

"People will always spread nonsense," Brooklyn conveyed to the Daily Mail. "I simply try to do my thing, play some golf with companions. It's enjoyable."
When questioned about how he handles rumors concerning the Beckham family, Brooklyn responded, "There will always be individuals expressing negative opinions, but I am fortunate to have a highly supportive wife."
"She and I simply pursue our own path. We focus on our work diligently. And we are content," he concluded.
