Jason Tartick confirms new relationship with Kathryn Hurley on social media.
Former Bachelorette contestant Jason Tartick publicly confirmed his relationship with new girlfriend, Kathryn Hurley, on social media on Friday, December 12.
Tartick, 37, posted a series of pictures featuring Hurley in celebration of her 34th birthday.
“From the dogs you rescue daily to the individuals whose lives you transform, you enhance the beauty of everything in your surroundings,” he wrote alongside the photos. “Happy Birthday Kathryn!”
Us Weekly was the first to report on November 15 that Tartick and Hurley began seeing each other following his adoption of his dog Teddy from Wags & Walks Nashville, her nonprofit organization, earlier in the year.

The relationship confirmation followed three days after the pair initially fueled speculation about their romance when they appeared close together at the Craig's restaurant opening in Nashville.
Hurley and her ex-husband, musician Rajiv Dhall, separated amicably in April after almost five years of marriage. Their divorce has since been finalized.
In July, Tartick discussed with Us how he acquired his golden retriever mix from Wags & Walks Nashville, established by Hurley in 2019, and concurrently touched upon his personal relationships.
“My next girlfriend must appreciate dogs,” he hinted during the interview. “She has to approve of Teddy and support the principle of animal rescue. That's crucial.”
Tartick continued by explaining his approach to relationships is "very private," commenting that "dating in 2025 has been a chaotic and unique experience." He did, however, express his desire for a "teammate" in his life partner.
“For me, some essential qualities are support, loyalty, honesty in both words and deeds, consistent care and respect, and also someone who seeks to appreciate every facet of existence,” he elaborated. “I admire my parents; they have been married for over four decades. Naturally, over those 40 years, they’ve faced difficulties. Seeing them surmount every obstacle during this time and continue to genuinely grow more in love daily is one of the most beautiful things I've witnessed. They constantly support each other. I believe that consistency and teamwork represent my ideal relationship.”
Tartick gained fame after appearing on the 14th season of The Bachelorette in 2018, which featured Becca Kufrin. He placed third overall, behind runner-up Blake Horstmann and winner Garrett Yrigoyen.
The subsequent year, Tartick started a relationship with season 11 Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe. They became engaged in 2021 before separating in 2023.

In April, Bristowe, 40, criticized Tartick publicly for naming his dog Teddy, a name she had intended to use for a future child.
“From the day we met, I told him, ‘I want to name my baby Teddy,'” she stated on her “Off the Vine” podcast, adding that while she wasn't "fully enraged," she felt "genuinely disgusted and let down" by her former partner.
Following his separation from Bristowe, Tartick had a brief relationship last year with social media influencer Kat Stickler, who has since been romantically associated with John Mayer.
