Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez’s relationship began with a noticeable spark.
The pair initially fueled dating speculation in early July 2025 when they were observed returning to Los Angeles following a vacation in Cancún, Mexico.
Shortly thereafter, a source confirmed to Us Weekly that the two were “seeing” each other but were “keeping things relaxed.”
“They were acquaintances before it became romantic,” the insider told Us, adding that they “have a significant number of mutual friends.”

Alba announced on January 16 that she and her husband, Cash Warren, had decided to separate after weeks of rumors.
“I’ve been on a path of self-discovery and transformation for years—both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote in a statement via Instagram. “I’m proud of how we’ve developed as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now the right time for us to begin a new phase of growth and evolution as individuals.”
“We are moving forward with affection and kindness and respect for one another and will forever be a family,” the statement continued. “Our children remain our top priority and we request privacy during this time.”

The pair were spotted strolling around New York City on August 12. Later that month, a source exclusively told Us that neither Alba nor Warren felt it was a “significant matter” that they are dating younger individuals.
Warren began spending time with model Hana Sun Doerr, 21 years younger than him, earlier that month. Alba, meanwhile, is 11 years older than Ramirez.
“They are pleased for each other,” the insider explained on August 29, noting that Alba and Warren are “still close friends and simply want each other to be content. And they aren’t judging each other.”
