Julia Roberts Declares Danny Moder Her Unwavering Source of Happiness
Julia Roberts continues to be deeply in love with her husband, Danny Moder, even after more than two decades of matrimony!
The 57-year-old actress, known for After the Hunt, openly expressed her affection for her spouse during a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, released on Sunday, September 28. This occurred when she and fellow cast members Andrew Garfield and Ayo Edebiri were prompted to discuss the “thing that sparks happiness in their lives.”
“In general?” Roberts inquired, taking a moment to consider her reply.
Garfield, 42, offered, “It's constantly shifting.” Roberts promptly cut in, stating, “Mine remains constant.”

“What is that?” Garfield questioned his colleague, to which the Academy Award recipient firmly declared, “Danny Moder.”
“I had a feeling you'd say that!” Edebiri, 29, interjected, eliciting chuckles from Roberts, Garfield, and their fellow actor Michael Stuhlbarg.
“It's unwavering. Absolutely unwavering!” Roberts stated playfully. “At times, even more so. Other times, moderately.”
Roberts’ heartfelt avowal of affection for her spouse influenced Garfield and Edebiri’s subsequent responses when they were posed the same inquiry.

Roberts and Moder, 56, exchanged vows in July 2002, having first encountered each other in 2000 during the production of The Mexican. Moder worked as the director of photography for the movie, while Roberts and Brad Pitt starred in the main parts.
The pair became parents to twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus, now 20, in November 2004, and later to their son, Henry, 18, in June 2007.

The acclaimed actress from Erin Brockovich has, on earlier occasions, spoken candidly about her contented domestic existence.
During an October 2022 discussion on CBS News Sunday Morning, Roberts remarked, “When I'm not engaged in my profession, [my role as a homemaker] occupies my entire schedule. While it's not always idyllic and perfect, it certainly provides me with immense happiness.”
“My acting career has simply never defined my entire being. It is indeed a realization of a dream, but it's not the sole dream I've achieved,” she continued. “The existence I've cultivated with my husband [and] the life we've established with our kids — that is truly the most fulfilling aspect. To return home victorious to them at the close of each day.”
Roberts further offered a glimpse into her affectionate connection with Moder, sharing that they exchange written messages even when physically separated.
“[The practice of writing handwritten letters is] a tradition Danny and I have maintained for a long time,” she explained. “The initial letter he penned for me, spanning seven pages, remains carefully preserved. Eventually, I'll present it to Hazel and tell her, ‘This is the kind of love you should seek.’”
