Juliana Pasquarosa Moves On With New Romance After Grant Ellis Split
Juliana Pasquarosa has moved on romantically following her separation from Bachelor Grant Ellis.
On Sunday, January 4, Pasquarosa, 29, posted a TikTok video showing herself relaxing and enjoying drinks by a pool, before the camera briefly reveals her new boyfriend in the distance, gazing out at the ocean.
“I mentioned needing an escape from seasonal depression, so he whisked me away to Florida and treated me to a spa day at the St. Regis. Ladies, never settle,” The Bachelor alum wrote in the video’s text. In the caption, Pasquarosa also added, “Manifesting my ideal life.”
Pasquarosa appeared on Ellis’ season 29 of The Bachelor, which aired in January 2025. In the finale, Pasquarosa ultimately accepted Ellis’ proposal, 32. Pasquarosa and Ellis announced their split in June 2025.

“This is one of the more difficult announcements I’ve had to make, but I want to be transparent. Juliana and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Grant wrote via Instagram Story at the time. “We both invested our best efforts and a great deal of affection into this relationship, but after considerable discussion, we’ve realized we aren’t a long-term match.”
Pasquarosa, for her part, shared a statement on her own social media account, noting that the pair still intend to “support each other” from “different locations.”
“It’s a blessing to find someone who views the world in a way that resonates with you, while also encouraging your personal growth. I’ve been grateful to share that experience with Grant,” she said. “Marriage is a commitment, and it’s one we both still value deeply. Following extensive honest conversations and reflection, we’ve decided that this chapter of our lives is best continued on independent paths. We shared something meaningful, navigating a unique journey side by side and learning, growing, and supporting each other to the best of our abilities. While this isn’t the conclusion we initially envisioned, it’s one marked by mutual respect, care, and hope for the future.”
Approximately six months after announcing their split, Pasquarosa revealed that leading up to the finale, there were “discussions” between the pair that left her feeling “completely isolated and alone.”
“His mental well-being was my primary concern because I cared about him and wanted to ensure he was doing well. He was receiving a lot of negative attention,” Pasquarosa explained on a December 2025 episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast, noting that she was upset about how he “handled” runner-up Litia Garr’s claim on After the Final Rose where she alleged Ellis told her he should “end the show” early because she was his No. 1.
Grant Ellis Was Taking Juliana Engagement 'Day by Day' Before Split
Shortly after their disagreement following the finale, Pasquarosa revealed that Ellis “strategized” ways for them to announce their separation.
“I was like, ‘Is this how we’re going to begin the day and have this conversation?’” she recalled. “After everything I felt like I did for us, and prioritizing myself, it was back to appearances. It was back to what people would think. And not about us and our relationship. It was about what the outside world thought, and I couldn’t tolerate that any longer.”
Although Pasquarosa said she and Ellis no longer communicate, she did share in December 2025 that she had begun seeing someone new.
“It’s new, but it’s enjoyable and playful, and I appreciate that,” she gushed during the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast. “I think that coming out of that experience, it was so challenging that I’ve been taking things very, very slowly again. … So, I thought, ‘Let me give this guy a chance.’ He’s been pursuing me consistently for, like, three straight months, and I’ve been ignoring him, and I was like, ‘You know what? He’s cute.’ So, we’re going to spend time together.”
