Kelce Kids Ecstatic as Taylor Swift Becomes Their New Aunt

The daughters of Jason and Kylie Kelce are absolutely delighted about Taylor Swift joining their family circle.

“The girls are ecstatic. They’re incredibly happy to have another aunt,” 33-year-old Kylie shared during her appearance on Good Morning America on Friday, September 5, speaking about her and Jason’s four children. “We are beyond thrilled for them and for what lies ahead.”

Kylie and Jason, 37, are parents to Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, who arrived in March.

During the same Friday broadcast, Kylie further commented, “We cherish love, and we adore Taylor and Trav.”

Travis Kelce, Jason’s brother, asked 35-year-old Swift to marry him in August, following two years of their relationship.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are tying the knot ,” the pair wrote in a shared Instagram update, presenting a series of images from their engagement.

Kylie, who wed Jason in 2017, discreetly showed her approval by “liking” the news.

Swift was introduced to Travis’s brother and his wife during a Kansas City Chiefs playoff match in January 2024.

“You are precisely as I imagined. Kylie is precisely as I imagined she would be, truly the most genuine, the sharpest, the most impressive,” Swift conveyed to Jason on a recent episode of his and Travis’ “New Heights” podcast. “You’re wonderful. Of course, you’re aware of that.”

At their initial meeting, Swift notably witnessed Jason remove his T-shirt and exit through the suite window to engage with other supporters at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo.

“Among the first things I observed was you telling Kylie, ‘I was just chugging beers with the [Buffalo] Bills Mafia, and I seriously want to jump through one of the fire tables,” Swift remembered. “And she responded, ‘Alright, perhaps not at this moment?’ Since then, I’ve overheard her use that precise phrase with your 4-year-old.’”

Subsequently, Swift has also developed a connection with Jason and Kylie’s children.

“My absolute favorite moment is when Benny approaches me and says, ‘I’ve found Benjamin. I’ve found him,’” Swift enthusiastically shared on the podcast, indicating one of her feline companions. “She’s simply there, relaxing with him, stroking him, and embracing him.”

Swift, who owns three cats, additionally disclosed that she delights in baking activities with Wyatt, Ellie, and Bennett.

“They adore sprinkles [and] we incorporate sprinkles into everything whenever we spend time together,” she stated. “I’ve been refining [a funfetti sourdough recipe] specifically for the girls, as they have a fondness for all things colorful.”
