Kelley Wolf Absent from Court Amidst Divorce and Legal Troubles
Reports indicate that Kelley Wolf was absent from court proceedings related to her divorce from Scott Wolf.
On Tuesday, September 30, People verified that 48-year-old Kelley had been ordered to appear in court regarding pending misdemeanor allegations, but the presiding judge stated she “could not be present.”
According to prosecutor Wendy Crossland, her “belief” is that Kelley is currently admitted to a mental health treatment facility. Crossland added, “Beyond that, I have not had any further communication with Miss Wolf.”
The judge indicated that the court intended to “reschedule these proceedings with notification” sent to Kelley. People stated that the subsequent divorce hearing is slated for October 23, and Kelley will also receive a legal demand to appear in court on November 7 concerning her recent apprehension.

The following day, Scott addressed the separation for the first time, confirming he had initiated divorce proceedings.
“Following 21 years of marriage, I have made the hardest choice of my existence, and submitted divorce papers from my spouse Kelley,” he informed People then. “Our offspring have consistently been, and remain, the focal points of our affection and our paramount concern, therefore I respectfully request discretion currently as we assist them in navigating this upcoming phase.”

During September, it became public that Scott had accused her of breaching a court-mandated protective order from the month prior. Kelley reportedly utilized a “friend’s mobile device” to reach one of her children “via a friend’s offspring,” according to records acquired by Us Weekly.
“I am completely astonished by the relentless and aggressive deployment of the legal system and potentially more,” she communicated in a statement to People at that point. “[This] has grown nearly unbearable for my physical self, and my family’s welfare and health. I am uncertain how these events are permitted to proceed. I have [reportedly] adhered to all legal requirements; I have never spoken negatively about anyone. I also wish to convey to anyone who may not grasp — that divorce can be a prolonged process. Anyone who persists in pressuring a mother whose sole focus is advocating for her children should seriously reconsider their actions.”
Since then, Kelley has openly discussed her mental well-being, correcting what she identified as “inaccuracies” earlier in the current month.

Kelley expressed her intention to address any “assaults against myself or my family” in a manner that enables her to “progress beyond a deeply bleak and perplexing period.”
