“This has been requested of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf for the past six months — my sole desire was to end a marriage,” Kelley asserted. “I am eager to attend [the treatment center]. I anticipate it positively. My brother will be accompanying me. It’s excellent. It’s a highly regarded facility. As a mental health professional, I frequently recommend it, so I will be there for one month starting September 12. I trust this will be beneficial.”

On June 10, Kelley disclosed that she and Scott, 57, were separating following 21 years of matrimony.

Then, the life coach shared on Instagram that “this has been a prolonged, private process for me — grounded in optimism, endurance, and concern for our children.”

“We both anticipate a remarkable life focused on our truly exceptional children,” Kelley went on. “Their welfare has always been my foremost concern — alongside my personal recovery. That commitment will remain steadfast. I am embarking on a phase of tranquility, liberation, and safeguarding—with dignity. I extend gratitude to the numerous friends, family members, and experts who have supported me with affection.”

The following day, Scott announced his intention to file for divorce and issued a statement to People, remarking, “Our children have consistently been, and remain, the paramount loves of our lives and our ultimate focus, so I respectfully request discretion now as we assist them in navigating this new period.”

Although the couple initially presented a unified stance, Scott and Kelley’s divorce proceedings grew acrimonious, leading to the Party of Five star obtaining “temporary sole physical custody” of their three offspring in August.

During the public unfolding of the couple’s divorce, Kelley also garnered attention when she was apprehended on August 26, facing charges of electronic communication harassment and unauthorized electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

Before being transported to jail, Kelley discussed her arrest on her Instagram Stories. "Officers are present at my home to apprehend me. I am unaware of the reason," she communicated, partly. "I am not at risk of self-harm. I present no peril to others. I have done nothing wrong. I feel immense fear. Utterly perplexed."
