Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes Spotted Together Post Breakup
Country music sensation Kelsea Ballerini and actor Chase Stokes appear to be on amicable terms following their recent separation.
The "Peter Pan" singer, 32, and the Outer Banks lead, 33, were recently seen in close proximity to Edinburgh Castle in Scotland, a source exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly.
“He was incredibly pleasant. We shared a brief conversation about his vacation in Scotland before heading to Croatia for the last season of Outer Banks, “ the insider recounted to Us about encountering Stokes, who readily posed for pictures with admirers. “Both of them looked genuinely cheerful and beaming.”
The source also noted that Stokes and Ballerini “appeared to be the most charming individuals” during their visit to Cannonball Restaurant & Bar.

“They were clearly affectionate and intertwined hands at the establishment,” the informant observed.
Neither Stokes nor Ballerini has publicly commented on their recent trip to Scotland or the current state of their relationship. Us contacted representatives for both celebrities seeking a statement.
Several weeks afterward, the ex-couple was seen once more in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on Friday, November 7.
Us verified in September that the "Dibs" songstress and Stokes ended their romance after a two-year period.
“Their separation was challenging,” a second insider informed Us at that point. “They had been having frequent disagreements lately, and their dialogue suffered significantly over the past month. Both were constantly on the move and attempting to balance various commitments, leading to an accumulation of disputes.”
Though the second source disclosed that Ballerini “began” the discussion to end their relationship, both she and Stokes managed the circumstances gracefully.
“Considerable affection still exists between them,” the source commented then. “Despite it being a couple of years, Kelsea is still navigating the aftermath of a divorce and discerning her true desires, unwilling to simply compromise. Chase comprehended this, yet ultimately, they recognized their paths weren't converging as they had envisioned.”
Ballerini began her relationship with the Outer Banks star in 2023, several months following the finalization of her divorce from country artist Morgan Evans.
“I felt prepared to open myself to new connections again,” Ballerini shared during a February 2023 installment of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, discussing post-divorce dating. “I simply thought, ‘Why not? I haven't truly dated before. I'm unsure how it operates.’ My mindset was, ‘Let's just put myself out there. Let's simply see what happens.’ And it has been enjoyable.”

Ballerini and Stokes first appeared together on a red carpet at the 2023 CMT Music Awards that April.
“He possesses the highest emotional intelligence of anyone I've encountered,” Ballerini stated during a November 2023 installment of Cooper’s podcast. “I constantly tell him he feels like a character conceived by a woman. My past experiences with [intimacy] were largely superficial and centered on pleasing the other person. “That's no longer the case. I hadn't grasped how [intimacy] could truly forge a bond in a partnership. I always considered it merely an act. … Now, I understand it serves as a powerful connection for individuals.”
Subsequently, Ballerini discussed with Us how their relationship had evolved after a few years of being together.
“You absolutely [challenge each other], otherwise it becomes monotonous, leading to stagnation, and that simply won't last,” she exclusively shared with Us in July. “I believe we are two and a half years into this, so [the relationship] presents itself quite differently now compared to its early stages. I'm not sure, but I think we share many similarities — and where we diverge, those are the areas where we push one another. … I genuinely wish him all the best in life.”
