Us Weekly first reported in January 2023 that Kylie and Scott, parents to Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, had ended their romantic involvement after a six-year period.
“Kylie and Travis have split once more. Their plan was to celebrate the holidays together, but she traveled to Aspen to be with her loved ones there,” an insider informed Us. “This situation has occurred repeatedly. They are recognized for their on-again, off-again dynamic, yet they consistently stay friends and excellent coparents.”
Subsequently, in June 2023 — mere months after Kylie initially ignited speculation of a romance with Timothée Chalamet — a source confided in Us that her close circle believed her separation from Scott to be permanent.
“Despite Kylie and Travis having separated and reconciled on numerous occasions, their friends sense that their relationship is definitively over,” the insider commented. “It's apparent that both are in a distinct phase now and are content to prioritize coparenting their children, instead of attempting to rekindle their romantic connection. Kylie and Travis are managing their arrangement exceptionally and maintain outstanding communication.”
Kylie and Scott's relationship became public knowledge at Coachella in 2017, and they welcomed Stormi in February 2018. Following over two years as a couple, an insider confirmed to Us that they chose to pause their relationship in October 2019.
Even during their hiatus, Kylie spoke highly of coparenting with Scott, mentioning to Harper’s Bazaar in March 2020 that they are “best friends” who “desire what’s optimal” for Stormi. Although various media outlets stated later that month that they had reconciled, Kylie’s nephew Mason Disick refuted the speculation during an Instagram Live session.
