Kim Zolciak Caught in Ex Wife's Divorce Drama Over New Boyfriend
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Zolciak, was introduced to her current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, by a mutual female friend who had also been romantically involved with him, according to Mowitz's estranged wife, Jillian Green, Us Weekly has exclusively learned.
On Thursday, November 13, Green submitted a response addressing Zolciak's efforts to avoid providing testimony as part of Green and Mowitz's acrimonious divorce proceedings.
In her legal submission, Green demanded that Zolciak, 47, provide all messages she exchanged with a woman named Jenny Doyle.
Green claimed that Ms. Doyle, who was a friend of Ms. Zolciak’s and also involved with [Mowitz], is thought to have been the one who introduced Ms. Zolciak to [Mowitz].
Conversely, a source close to Kim informed Us that the reality television personality and Mowitz were acquainted via a real estate professional. (Doyle appears to work in real estate.)
As Us initially reported, Green had previously issued Zolciak a subpoena, requiring her to give sworn testimony regarding purported presents from Mowitz and to disclose communications with several individuals, Mowitz among them.
The reality personality asserted that discussions were already underway with Green's legal team concerning her testimony when Green arranged for her to be publicly served with the subpoena at her son's football game.
In her recent legal submission, Green noted that Zolciak, whom she described as a “very public figure,” was presented with multiple options to avoid public service of the subpoena.

Green’s lawyer argued that Zolciak's attorney had made her acceptance of the subpoena contingent on the undersigned counsel signing an unacceptable confidentiality order, adding that Ms. Zolciak could have accepted service through her lawyer and then contested the subpoena, but she chose not to cooperate.
The lawyer further stated that her assertion regarding the inappropriate or harassing nature of the service was a situation that she and her counsel themselves engineered.
Green stated that Mowitz has only provided a limited portion of his financial documentation.
The records he provided revealed what was described as an "alleged “Promissory Note” (signed by him but not signed by the borrower, Ms. Zolciak) detailing significant amounts “loaned” to Ms. Zolciak starting in January of 2025 – which was months before the divorce was initiated."
Green’s lawyer additionally stated that during the temporary hearing, proof was also submitted concerning a credit card that [Mowitz] had given to Ms. Zolciak and had paid on her behalf.
Green pointed out that Zolciak has established herself as a well-known public figure on social media by making her private life public for financial gain and notoriety.
In her motion, Green contended that the subpoena directed at Zolciak properly aims to obtain documents concerning [Mowitz]'s relationship with Ms. Zolciak, specifically regarding money, custody, and also the credibility of both her and, more critically, [Mowitz].
Green requested that the court compel Zolciak to release her communications with Mowitz.
She indicated that these messages would assist in establishing the commencement date of their relationship (Zolciak maintains it started post-divorce filing), while Green had previously stated she didn't believe Zolciak was the cause of her marriage's dissolution.
Furthermore, she stated that the messages would reveal "expenditures, payments, and 'borrowed' funds, issues pertaining to the children, specifically their childcare and exposure to their relationship, among other things."
She further requested messages Zolciak traded with Mowitz’s employee, Cade, with Green writing that perhaps Zolciak's attorney was unaware of him, but Ms. Zolciak knew precisely who he was, and when and by whom she was introduced to this witness.

As Us initially disclosed, Zolciak, who is currently undergoing her own divorce from Kroy Biermann, submitted her objection to the subpoena on October 14.
She claimed to have requested Green's consent to a "confidentiality agreement" regarding the deposition prior to giving her testimony.
Green's legal representatives declined to accept the proposed conditions.
In her argument for a confidentiality order, Zolciak’s lawyer asserted that the media has focused on Zolciak and her family for an extended period, and without court involvement, no measures exist to stop or discourage news organizations from publicly sharing Zolciak’s private information acquired during her deposition.
As first reported by Us, Mowitz initiated divorce proceedings against Green in March.
He recorded their wedding date as June 24, 2017, and indicated that they have two minor children together.
Each party has accused the other of misconduct.

Green alleged in legal documents that Mowitz established a trust, over which she has no control, prior to the divorce.
She claimed he transferred a significant sum of money into this trust, which reportedly holds assets exceeding $100 million.
Mowitz’s attorney, Marvin Solomiany, previously informed Us that they would not publicly debate the details concerning their client’s divorce case outside of the proper legal channels.
He further encouraged reviewing the legal documents they had submitted on their client’s behalf, which precisely conveyed their client’s stance regarding this issue.
Regarding Ms. Kim Zolciak, Solomiany added that Ms. Green’s choice to include her in the divorce proceedings was utterly superfluous, given that any relationship their client might have with her commenced solely after the couple’s separation.
