Kim Zolciak fires back at Kroy Biermann's contempt claims amid RHOA drama
Former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak, has refuted claims from her estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann, who alleged she breached a court mandate by discussing their separation and her new romantic partner during an interview with Andy Cohen, as exclusively revealed by Us Weekly.
Documents submitted to the court on November 14 show Zolciak, age 47, formally challenged Biermann’s allegations of her violating the judicial directive related to their divorce proceedings.
Zolciak stated she was not mandated by the court to provide any specific paperwork, nor did she infringe upon any regulations by addressing the divorce on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen or during Kristin Cavallari‘s podcast promotional appearances.
The one-time RHOA personality mentioned that the court-designated professional who interviewed her and Biermann’s children has not corroborated any accusations of contempt.
She requested that Biermann be compelled to pay for her legal expenses incurred while defending herself against his contempt allegations.
Kroy Biermann Reached Out to the Spouse of Kim Zolciak's Alleged New Partner
Biermann submitted a motion on October 15, seeking to have Zolciak declared in contempt of court.
Within his submission, Biermann asserted that Zolciak had not provided the financial records he had requested for the case by the deadline of March 31.
Furthermore, Biermann alleged that Zolciak breached their temporary custody arrangement by openly discussing their divorce.
Biermann’s filing stated, “The court’s directive was extremely explicit. Despite this, [Zolciak] has made appearances on two television shows to” discuss the divorce. He highlighted that Zolciak joined Kristin Cavallari during a promotional tour for Cavallari’s podcast, where she addressed their separation. The former NFL player also claimed she accused him of financial neglect towards the family and purloining her possessions.
He reported that in August, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, discussing their divorce and the “revelation of her new romantic interest.” Biermann noted his former spouse “showcased her stunning new million-dollar residence with visible pride.”
“Repeatedly, [Zolciak] has exhibited a total disrespect for judicial mandates,” Biermann’s motion concluded.

A decision on this issue from the presiding judge is still pending.
Zolciak and Biermann's marriage lasted for 11 years, having tied the knot in 2011 and separated in 2023. A final divorce agreement between the former couple has not yet been reached.
According to initial reports from Us, Zolciak has become involved in the continuing divorce proceedings of her new partner, Kyle Mowitz. Mowitz’s estranged spouse, Jillian Green, served a subpoena requiring Zolciak to attend a deposition and provide testimony regarding her connection with Mowitz.
The subpoena from Green requested Zolciak to submit all correspondence with Mowitz, any exchanges between Zolciak and an additional third party concerning “remuneration for services or discussions about [Mowitz],” Green, their offspring, or the marital dissolution.

Furthermore, Green sought “all records concerning your monetary dealings with Kyle Mowitz, encompassing, but not restricted to, presents exchanged with Kyle, costs covered for you by Mr. Mowitz or any affiliated enterprise, funds lent to you, and payments made to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses linked to him.”
Zolciak criticized Green for serving the subpoena in a public manner at her son’s high school, stating she was already engaged in discussions with Green’s legal representatives regarding the document. Green, in turn, alleged Zolciak was delaying the process.
Mowitz’s legal counsel, Marvin Solomiany, previously informed Us, “We will not debate the specifics of our client’s divorce case outside the proper legal channels. We advise reviewing the legal documents we have submitted for our client, which faithfully articulate our client’s stance on this situation. Regarding Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s choice to include her in the divorce proceedings is utterly superfluous, given that any connection our client might share with her commenced solely after the couple’s split.”
