In his March petition, Mowitz cited the cause for his and Green's separation as their marriage being "permanently fractured," suggesting his connection with Zolciak was not the catalyst for the dissolution.

Green conceded during her sworn testimony that she didn't think Zolciak contributed to the breakdown of her marital union, yet she did present multiple allegations against Mowitz in judicial documents.

Mowitz's legal counsel, Marvin Solomiany, previously informed Us, "We will not dispute the specifics concerning our client's divorce outside of the appropriate legal channels. We advise you to examine the petitions we've submitted on our client's behalf, which faithfully articulate our client's stance on this issue. Regarding Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz's choice to include her in the divorce proceedings is utterly superfluous, as any connection our client might have with her commenced solely after the couple's estrangement."

A significant amount is on the line in the divorce litigation. According to judicial records, Green asserted that Mowitz began moving valuable assets, totaling a considerable amount, into a trust in 2021.

Within the divorce filings, Green's legal team claimed, "[Mowitz] was involved in an extramarital relationship and considering divorce when he established and financed the Trust." She stated she has no authority regarding the trust.

She further alleged the trust contained assets valued in the hundreds of millions.

In a May submission, Green's legal representatives informed the court, "As of March 2, 2022, and subsequently, [Mowitz] commenced transferring assets obtained during the marriage into a Trust... which currently holds a valuation considerably surpassing $100 Million."

Mowitz's lawyer dismissed the assertions that his client established a trust to shield assets from Green.

His counsel stated, "it was not [Mowitz] who opted to terminate the couple's marriage; [Green] requested a divorce from [Mowitz] and began consulting with divorce lawyers." Mowitz declared there were "no verifiable details" to corroborate that he was foreseeing a divorce.

His attorney pointed out, "The proof is undeniable that [Mowitz] neither encountered nor sought advice from a divorce lawyer until long after the Trust's inception and proceeded only because [Green] communicated her desire for a divorce."

"Moreover, had [Mowitz] aimed to deceive [Green], he would not have designated [Green] as a Trust beneficiary, nor would he have stipulated that [Green] retains beneficiary status even if the couple divorces. [Green] conveniently overlooks these vital truths in her [judicial filings]."

Green and Mowitz Traded Accusations of Marital Disloyalty

Although Green refrained from holding Zolciak responsible for the cessation of her relationship, she did suspect Mowitz established the trust while engaged in an illicit liaison.

Mowitz asserted that Green was the party who betrayed their marital vows and initiated their separation.
