Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler Reflect on Their Post-Divorce Dating Journeys
Following their separation in April 2020, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler have been quite open about their individual experiences navigating the world of modern romance.
Cutler, in August 2021, elaborated on how the dating landscape had evolved since his previous time as a bachelor.
“The entire environment is different now. You have applications, social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram; it's a completely new scenario,” he articulated on an installment of his podcast, “Uncut With Jay Cutler.”
Conversely, Cavallari opted for a hiatus from dating in 2025.
“I made a conscious decision because, ahead of the podcast tour, I wished to avoid any diversions,” she clarified during her appearance on “Let’s Be Honest” in October 2025. “Afterward, frankly, it felt rather pleasant, and I found myself simply desiring solitude to concentrate on my career and children.”
