Kyle Mowitz's $130K Monthly Income Revealed Amid Kim Zolciak Divorce Drama

The substantial alleged monthly earnings of Kyle Mowitz, boyfriend of The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, were brought to light as part of his contentious divorce proceedings, Us Weekly can exclusively disclose.

Us managed to acquire legal filings from Mowitz's separation case with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Jillian Green. These documents indicated that a provisional judicial decree concerning child support for their two children, both born in 2021, had been issued.

According to the official records, Mowitz's income was recorded as $130,000 each month.

Mowitz holds the positions of managing partner and CEO at Imperium Blue. The company's online portal states that Zolciak's partner “oversees Imperium Blue’s comprehensive organizational design, asset procurement, and funding operations both within the country and internationally.”

The site further stated, “The private family investment firm presently possesses and administers assets exceeding $4.5 billion via its various portfolio enterprises and its wealth administration system.”

Green's earnings for a month were reported as $1,257. She stated that she is not employed externally and has not been employed outside the home since their relocation to Georgia before their children's births.

The provisional directive granted both former spouses shared legal and physical parental rights over their offspring.

Through distinct legal documentation, Green alleged that Mowitz established a trust before their divorce proceedings commenced. She claimed he moved a significant portion of his wealth into this trust, which she estimated to hold over $100 million in assets, none of which she can manage.

Green arranged for Zolciak to receive the legal documents during her son's high school football match. Zolciak contested the legal order and criticized Green for serving her in such a public manner. The former star of Don't Be Tardy stated that her attorneys were already communicating with Green's counsel about a possible sworn testimony session and emphasized that a public display was uncalled for.

On June 16, during a sworn testimony, Green expressed less than favorable opinions about Zolciak. “For years, I have observed her on television and noted in numerous online reports that her existence is marked by conflict, and she is undergoing a particularly unpleasant divorce,” Green commented. “I have also been informed by local community members whose children attended the same school as hers that she is prone to dramatics and frequently absent from her children's extracurricular engagements.”

Green further confessed that Zolciak's estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann, had contacted her to caution that Zolciak would “financially deplete” Mowitz. Mowitz initiated divorce proceedings against Green in March. In his submitted documents, the entrepreneur cited their wedding date as June 24, 2017.

Mowitz's attorney, Marvin Solomiany, had previously informed Us, “We do not intend to argue the specifics of our client's divorce case outside of the proper legal channels. We advise you to examine the legal arguments we have submitted for our client, which precisely convey our client's stance on this situation. Regarding Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz's choice to include her in the divorce proceedings is utterly superfluous, given that any association our client might have with her commenced solely after the couple's separation.”

Zolciak publicly acknowledged her relationship with Mowitz during an online Q&A session on Wednesday, October 22. She indicated that their initial date occurred two years subsequent to her filing for divorce. Zolciak confirmed they have been together continuously since that time.
