Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli Sell Lavish Estate Amidst Divorce Proceedings
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have successfully located a purchaser for their residence in Los Angeles.
The couple, now living separately, initially put their sprawling 11,800-square-foot estate on the market for $16.5 million back in February. This expansive property, situated within L.A.’s exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood and assessed at close to $15 million, entered into a sales agreement with a buyer on Wednesday, October 22.
The residence boasts a contemporary farmhouse design, characterized by a striking black-and-white facade and bright, spacious internal areas. It includes six bedrooms, a dedicated fitness room, a sophisticated wine cellar, and a private home cinema, alongside an outdoor swimming pool and a bocce ball court.
As per earlier reports from Us Weekly, Loughlin, 61, and Giannulli, 62, reduced the listed price of the lavish home from its initial $16.5 million to $14.9 million on July 7. The ex-partners acquired this grand property in August 2020 for a sum of $9.5 million.
Lori Loughlin Is 'Devastated' Over 'Rough' Mossimo Giannulli Split
Just weeks ago, Loughlin and Giannulli revealed their decision to separate following a 27-year marital union.
“Currently, they reside in separate households,” Loughlin’s representative informed Us then. “As of now, no formal legal actions are underway.”
Their paths diverge now, six years after they maintained a unified stance during the 2019 scandal concerning their daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Bella Giannulli. Both Loughlin and Giannulli faced accusations of providing $500,000 to secure their children's admission to the University of Southern California. They subsequently admitted guilt to accusations of wire and mail fraud.
The former Full House star was given a two-month prison term, whereas Giannulli was handed a five-month sentence. Loughlin was freed from incarceration toward the end of 2020, with Giannulli's release occurring in April 2021.
John Stamos Goes Off About Lori Loughlin’s 'Narcissist' Husband Mossimo
In the previous year, Loughlin participated in her inaugural significant interview following her release from custody. Though she avoided directly addressing the challenging period in her life, she commented, “Each day presents us with various hurdles. Yet, personally, it echoes the sentiment of that song, ‘I get knocked down, but I get up again.’”
An insider revealed exclusively to Us Weekly on October 9 that Loughlin was finding it difficult to cope with the split.
“Those close to Lori and Mossimo were aware that they had been experiencing significant difficulties over the past year,” the informant stated. “Their separation did not come as a surprise to their inner circle. It has been an arduous period for Lori. She is utterly heartbroken.”
The confidant mentioned that Loughlin “believed a temporary separation might benefit” her connection with Giannulli, but “they hold differing perspectives.”

“A reconciliation is out of the question — there is absolutely no prospect now — and they will eventually proceed with a divorce,” the source disclosed, further noting that Giannulli had “been seeing other people” since their breakup, while Loughlin “has refrained.”
Concurrently, Olivia and Bella are “undoubtedly distressed” yet “not taken aback,” as an insider shared exclusively with Us on October 10. “They had observed the nature of their parents' interactions over the past year and had anticipated this outcome. It came as no surprise to any family member.”
