Lydia Plath Slams AI for Fabricating Pregnancy News with Husband Zac Wyse
Lydia Plath has expressed her frustration over the use of artificial intelligence to generate fake pregnancy news about herself and her husband, Zac Wyse.
"What truly exasperates me... are individuals leveraging AI to declare our pregnancy. It genuinely bothers me," the 21-year-old Plath disclosed during the "Revive Her" podcast episode on Tuesday, October 21. "I understand that as a public figure, people will often misinterpret and propagate untrue stories, but employing AI to fabricate a pregnancy photograph... I sincerely hope I don't appear that way when I actually am pregnant."
Wyse, who married Plath in February, pointed out the "challenging aspect" is the presence of "elderly followers of Lydia" who may not discern content generated by AI from genuine news.
"A friend of hers actually sent a message, offering 'Congratulations!'" Wyse divulged, prompting Plath to add, "Must I really make a public statement regarding this? Unless it's officially posted on my social media profiles, I am not expecting. Please disregard any AI-generated content."

"Indeed! We consciously waited to share our initial kiss on our wedding day!" Lydia shared on Instagram in August. "It's disheartening to observe how this choice is frequently misconstrued in contemporary times. Rather than acknowledging the honor and selflessness demonstrated by my husband, many infer a lack of mutual attraction. The reality is quite the contrary!"
Lydia clarified that deferring a kiss with Wyse was a personal "secret aspiration" of hers, yet she preferred for him to initiate the discussion.
"To my astonishment, within merely a week of us dating, Zac raised the topic!" she recounted. "It had never occurred to him until he met me. 'There's a certain purity about you that I wish to safeguard,' Zac stated. The anticipation was entirely justified! And now that we are wed, believe me, we are certainly compensating for any missed moments. This man's love for me is so wonderfully pure, a depth of affection I hadn't even imagined existed. I love you so much, @zaclwyse."
