NCIS Star Katrina Law Seeks Protection Order Against Estranged Husband Over AI Impersonation Claims
NCIS star Katrina Law has been issued a protective order against her estranged husband, Keith Andreen, following accusations that he is utilizing Artificial Intelligence to impersonate her in messages sent to a new romantic partner, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, December 23, Law submitted a request for a restraining order against Keith, 51.
Law, who initiated divorce proceedings from Andreen on August 11, alleged that Andreen has “repeatedly tried to disseminate false information and fabrications about me to friends and colleagues in an attempt to damage my reputation and career.”
“I am a performer. He has employed AI to falsely represent me [by] sending audio messages to individuals using my voice and appearance in an effort to harm my reputation and disrupt my peace.”
Law, 40, stated that several people informed her, including a new romantic partner, that they received unsettling messages purportedly from her, “which were puzzling and inconsistent with my character.”

The actress explained, “I unequivocally deny that I have sent any audio messages to these individuals. I believe that Keith is using Artificial Intelligence to mimic me, by creating audio recordings — in my voice and likeness — saying embarrassing things in an effort to ruin my reputation.”
“Because I am an actress, Keith has access to numerous hours of footage of me speaking, which he could easily use to train AI and replicate my voice,” she said. “Various AI programs readily available online permit you to clone any voice, and then use text prompts to instruct the AI about what to say in the cloned voice. Keith has sent audio messages that resemble my voice to different individuals in an attempt to embarrass me, destroy my reputation, and disturb my peace. These recordings will be presented at trial.”
Law suspects her ex has breached her personal social media accounts, iCloud and emails to “monitor my movements and communications with others.”
“I feel as though I cannot live freely without being followed or observed,” she said. Law indicated her ex has become “increasingly erratic” and it has caused her concern.
Additionally, the actress claimed her ex installed a tracking device on her car. She believes Andreen placed the device beneath the hood on December 18, based on Ring footage, to “track my movements and electronically monitor me.”
Law requested the court to order her ex to maintain a distance of 100 yards from her and relocate out of their home in Woodland Hills, California. She mentioned that she owns the residence and covers all of the mortgage payments.
She also requested exclusive use of her 2024 Audi, a prohibition on her ex monitoring her, and that he be prevented from withdrawing funds from their 7-year-old daughter Kinley’s account.
In a declaration, Law clarified that they were both employed when the marriage began but now she is the primary earner.

The actress detailed that in 2019, her ex’s “desire to advance his career shifted and his work diminished.”
“He has been unemployed since 2020. Although we collaborated on a film (which was released in 2023) and he sold a treatment to Hallmark for $10,000.00, those are the only significant projects that Keith has undertaken since 2020,” Law said. “He has worked on a few minor jobs, but has not earned more than $20,000.00 in the last six years. Since 2020, I have been the sole financial provider for our family.“
Law said she began to feel discontented in the marriage in 2016. Following the birth of their daughter in 2018, she stated they concentrated on parenting.
In her filing, the NCIS actress confessed, “I regrettably engaged in a month-long relationship with another man” whom she refers to as “J” around May.
“After the relationship concluded, I realized that my marriage with Keith was no longer the same loving and supportive partnership that we previously had,” Law said. She said she informed him she was contemplating a divorce on May 24.
“Due to Keith’s financial circumstances and apprehension that he would retaliate against me if I asked him to move out, we continue to reside together,” Law said. “However, for the reasons detailed … I no longer feel secure living in the same house with him.”

She added, “In July 2025, Keith began regularly undergoing Ketamine Treatments for an unknown reason. These treatments have rendered him entirely unstable, and his threatening and obsessive behavior has intensified.”
The court granted Law a temporary restraining order requiring her ex to remain 100 yards away and move out of their home. A hearing has been scheduled for January 13.
In her initial divorce petition, Law requested the court for primary physical custody of their daughter.
The actress listed the date of marriage as January 2013. In response, Andreen demanded primary custody of their child.
