Noah Kahan Mourns Young Influencer Zuza Beine Who Died Listening to His Music
Musician Noah Kahan has honored the memory of influencer Zuza Beine following her passing at the age of 14.
On Tuesday, September 23, the 28-year-old Kahan expressed his grief on his Instagram Story, stating, “Absolutely heartbroken.” He added, “Zuza, you will be deeply missed. Thank you for touching so many hearts.”
Her official Instagram account later reposted Kahan’s message, noting, “Zuza passed away while listening to his songs,” as reported by People on Thursday, September 25.
Beine’s family announced on Tuesday that the young content creator had succumbed to her long-standing battle with cancer.

Her family posted on Instagram, “With profound sadness, we announce Zuza’s passing yesterday morning.” They added, “She endured an aggressive cancer for 11 of her 14 years, yet embraced life with greater fullness and gratitude than many. Her presence transformed us eternally, and her departure will do the same.”
Before her passing, Beine posted an Instagram video where she spoke about how her condition fostered “deep appreciation for the ordinary things that many often overlook,” such as “savoring the most delightful meals” and “experimenting with various hair designs.”
Her family further stated on Tuesday, “We believe it is significant that her final video reflected her gratitude — a true reflection of a life marked by both joy and hardship.” They concluded, “Above all, she yearned for a typical, healthy childhood. However, the profound beauty of her life lay in her ability to confront the toughest challenges, like her illness, and still live completely.”
The family requested that contributions be directed through GoFundMe to support the wife and children of her recently deceased uncle. In the comments of the Instagram announcement, numerous users offered sympathies, among them Kahan.

Kahan penned, “We will always remember her. I am devastated. My cherished memory will forever be singing with her backstage,” while Brooke Hyland from Dance Moms commented, “May you rest in peace, lovely girl. Sending love, condolences, and good wishes.”
Melissa Gilbert of Little House on the Prairie expressed, “I am incredibly saddened to learn of this news. Zuza was, and will remain, a profound inspiration to me. She was a beacon of radiance and grace.” Gilbert continued, “She was authentic, direct, and genuine. She possessed courage, kindness, and openness. The world will feel a dimmer place without her. My heartfelt sympathies to her family and everyone who knew and cherished her. No more suffering, Zuza; for you now, there is only splendor and tranquility.”
Beine, an affiliate of the content creation collective Glow House, had garnered over 2.1 million Instagram followers. Before her passing, she openly discussed her struggle with acute myeloid leukemia, with her Instagram profile indicating that she had overcome the illness five times and undergone three bone marrow transplant procedures.
During the final days leading up to her death, Beine uploaded several videos showing herself in tears. “This has been my everyday reality for the last 11 years,” she stated, accompanying hospital images. “I believe I’ll manage even if you dislike me.” She titled the post, “I am in such intense pain that I can barely move.”
