Noah, whose previous marriage to Tracy Warbin lasted from 2000 to 2010, first encountered Sara during 2011.
June 7th, 2014
The couple exchanged vows three years subsequent, in June 2014, at their Santa Barbara ranch. "It was lovely. It was fantastic," Noah described their wedding during a The View appearance later that month. "The ceremony was very intimate."
June of 2015
Their daughter, Frances Harper, arrived in June 2015. Additionally, Noah shares his son Owen and daughter Auden with his former spouse, Warbin.
In March 2025, Noah confessed that his elder children have yet to view E.R., the iconic television series that launched his career to prominence.
"Neither of my older children has seen it," he informed People then. "They've actually watched more of Grey's Anatomy than E.R., which is a source of minor disagreement."
He added: "Nevertheless, as they mature and show increased interest in the entertainment industry, I find myself wanting to present E.R. as something they might wish to explore. Currently, however, they are watching The Pitt."

Noah commemorated their fifth wedding anniversary on June 7, 2019, through a social media post. "Five years ago, I wed my closest confidante. The finest choice I've ever made. Happy Anniversary, my darling," he shared on Instagram.

The acclaimed actor revisited the platform half a decade later to acknowledge his tenth wedding anniversary with Sara.
