Rodrigo and Partridge first sparked dating rumors in autumn 2023 after being seen engaging in public displays of affection in the actor’s home city of London.
“Romance is likely best kept private,” Partridge shared with British Vogue during a profile in March 2024. “There’s already a lot happening between two people. You don’t need the opinions of thousands of others in your head. I think she faces it far more severely than I do. I can maintain some semblance of a normal existence. She has countless eyes observing her every move.”
He further remarked, “When many individuals are gossiping about you in a room, you have the option to eavesdrop or not. I believe it’s generally wiser not to succumb to your own curiosity.”

Rodrigo and Partridge were initially spotted together in London in October. Two months later, Partridge traveled across the Atlantic to New York City to attend her Jingle Ball concert and her reappearance on Saturday Night Live.
January 2023
Rodrigo’s fanbase was convinced that she subtly hinted at their relationship in a January photo collection on Instagram. Within a post titled “These days,” Rodrigo uploaded a picture showing her playing darts. The scoreboard indicated that “OR” was facing off against “LP.”

After Rodrigo concluded her Guts tour, she reunited with Partridge at a November 3 soccer match between U.K. teams Manchester United FC and Chelsea FC. In video footage circulated on social media, the former Disney Channel star wore a delicate “L” necklace, honoring Partridge’s first name.
