Paige DeSorbo Sets the Record Straight on Her Relationship with Joe D’Amelio

Summer House cast member Paige DeSorbo is clarifying her current relationship status with boyfriend Joe D’Amelio.

“Hannah [Berner] shared several observations because we spent time together yesterday,” DeSorbo, 33, began on the Friday, January 9, episode of the pair’s “Giggly Squad” podcast, suggesting that their partners were also present during a recent off-camera gathering.

Berner, 34, is married to comedian Des Bishop in 2022, while DeSorbo began dating D’Amelio in 2025.

“Spending time with us isn’t enjoyable because we’ll bring up a topic, start laughing, and then one of us will say, ‘Wait, save that for the recording,’” Berner quipped. “So, then Des is sitting there, like, ‘Really.’”

DeSorbo agreed, explaining how it’s rarely pleasant to “socialize” with her and Berner “if you’re not” one of them.

“Generally, it isn’t,” she stated. “Des was around, Joe was around, and they weren’t talking. I said, ‘I’m performing with my friend right now.’”

DeSorbo and D’Amelio have maintained a relatively private romance since they were first linked romantically in January 2025. Us Weekly exclusively confirmed their relationship several months later in July 2025.

“Paige has been quietly dating Joe D’Amelio for a while now, and things between them are progressing well,” a source told Us last summer. “It took a few months for Paige to feel comfortable being in a relationship again, but she has moved on from Craig and is genuinely content.”

DeSorbo and Southern Charm star Craig Conover previously had a relationship for three years, from 2021 to 2024.

“She’s in a completely different place now,” the insider told Us last year. “Joe is a refreshing change for her. He’s calm, grounded, and much more relaxed, which is exactly what Paige needed.”

DeSorbo and Conover, 36, ended their relationship during the 2024 holiday season.

“Craig and I have decided to no longer be a couple. I care about him, I believe he cares about me. I think we will remain friends,” DeSorbo said on her podcast in December 2024. “Nothing negative happened. It wasn’t a bad situation. I think we both were simply being mature and expressing what we wanted and didn’t want, and I think that’s incredibly valuable to be able to articulate how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”

DeSorbo further emphasized that she will always be Conover’s “biggest supporter.”

“I think he is one of the finest people I’ve ever met in my entire life,” she exclaimed. “I will continue to be the biggest fan for him and wish him well, and he truly will achieve great things, because he is exceptional. But, with that being said, I believe it is the right decision for both of us.”

Conover has also moved on, most recently casually dating Natalie Buffett in summer 2025.

“I am [single],” Conover said on “The Toast” podcast in June 2025, implying he and Buffett have gone their separate ways. “She will be someone’s ideal partner. I simply wasn’t prepared to date, but I didn’t realize that. There’s no instruction manual for this.”
