That property had been destroyed by fire following more than two years of continuous threats from local individuals who vowed to torch it,” the message posted on Joss’ Facebook stated. “Despite our repeated reports of these threats to authorities, no action was taken.”

Initially, law enforcement stated they uncovered no evidence supporting Kern de Gonzales’ assertions that Joss’s passing stemmed from a hate crime.
