Pussycat Dolls Reunion Tour Dispute Between Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Antin Settled

The long-running legal dispute between pop superstar Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls visionary Robin Antin, stemming from a cancelled reunion tour, has at last been resolved, an exclusive scoop from Us Weekly reveals.

Court documents filed on Tuesday, October 28, show that Scherzinger, age 47, communicated to the judiciary that both Antin's original lawsuit (Antin is 64) and Scherzinger's subsequent countersuit against Antin are now formally withdrawn.

This development follows several months after David Blau, representing Antin, attempted to cease his legal representation of her.

As initially reported by Us, Blau had petitioned the court to be excused from his role as Antin's counsel, citing "irreconcilable differences" that prevented him from being able to "effectively represent" her interests.

Several months later, in July, Antin's legal counsel communicated to the court that the involved parties had failed to finalize the agreement.

"The involved parties, along with their legal teams and delegates, are persistently working towards a resolution in this case, having dedicated significant hours to negotiating terms and various written accords to settle their disagreement," Antin's attorney stated to the court then. He further explained that, owing to the parties' "professional obligations" and the "complex framework and stipulations of the settlement," an extension was required. Antin's lawyer requested the attendance of all parties at a subsequent hearing. Scherzinger dismissed this demand, asserting her unavailability due to her starring role in the Broadway production of Sunset Boulevard.

The artist asserted that Antin was responsible for violating "her responsibilities and commitments" toward her.
