RHOA Star Kelli Ferrell Claims Neighbor Assaulted Her Over Booted Car

RHOA Star Kelli Ferrell Claims Neighbor Assaulted Her Over Booted Car

Kelli Ferrell, a prominent figure from Real Housewives of Atlanta, contacted law enforcement after claims that her neighbor subjected her to an assault, an exclusive revelation by Us Weekly.

Us managed to secure the emergency call Ferrell, 40, placed to the Atlanta Police Department on August 9. Before the dispatcher had a chance to speak, the Bravo personality was heard saying, “I have ample time today.”

Ferrell informed the dispatcher that officers were required in her vicinity. She stated that she had confronted her neighborhood association's president and “she actually laid hands on me.”

Ferrell is the proprietor of a residence in the Atlanta community, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spanning 2,784 square feet.

“I have marks on my arm from her striking me,” Ferrell alleged. The RHOA cast member recounted that the incident began when she visited the woman's residence. She was upset because the HOA president had placed a boot on her daughter’s vehicle.

“There are two boots on it. It’s completely unwarranted,” she further elaborated.

She confirmed that no weapons were involved, but noted that “my arm is red.”

“I am not tolerating this,” she added. The reality television star expressed, “At this moment … I don’t trust it … I recorded it, I want to show the officers so they can witness what transpired.”

“I don’t feel secure around her. I genuinely don’t. I don’t feel safe,” Ferrell reiterated.

Ferrell identified the neighbor as a woman named Perri, approximately 50 years old.

Ferrell indicated she did not require an ambulance or any medical treatment. She informed the dispatcher that the event occurred about 10 minutes before her call and that the neighbor was still present at the location.

Perri emphatically denied Ferrell's accusations.

As Us initially reported, on September 2, an individual identified as Monualda Perri Cash submitted a request for a temporary restraining order against Ferrell.

Cash asserted she was a board member of the HOA in Ferrell’s neighborhood. In her legal document, Cash claimed Ferrell entered her home without authorization on the day Ferrell contacted the police.

“Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” Cash’s paperwork detailed. She alleged the RHOA personality was “accompanied by others.”

“This incident took place after her vehicle was immobilized for once again infringing upon [regulations] by parking in a restricted driveway which is also designated as a fire lane,” Cash clarified.

Furthermore, Cash alleged Ferrell had to be “physically restrained” and removed while exhibiting “unusual behavior” and making purported threats.

The court granted a temporary restraining order until a hearing scheduled for later this month.

A representative for Ferrell conveyed to Us, “Since the public announcement of Kelli’s participation in The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has demonstrated a troubling pattern of conduct directed at Kelli and her family … Out of consideration for all involved parties, we will not be making further statements at this time. We strongly advocate for the respect of Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — and caution against the dissemination of inaccurate information.”

Ferrell made her debut on RHOA in its sixteenth season. She is set to return for season seventeen alongside Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora, and a few rumored new additions.
