RHOA Star Kelli Ferrell Faces Restraining Order Amid Property Dispute
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell has been mandated to maintain a distance of 30 yards from a nearby resident who accused her of unauthorized entry into her property, as exclusively confirmed by Us Weekly. Ferrell has disputed these allegations.
A temporary restraining order request was submitted by Monualda Cash against Ferrell on September 2. Ferrell, aged 40, possesses an Atlanta, Georgia residence featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spanning 2,784 square feet. Cash serves on the homeowners association board.
According to Cash's statement, made on August 9, “Kelli Potter-Ferrell forcefully intruded upon my personal patio, breaching my private gate in an aggressive fashion.”
Cash indicated that Ferrell was “not alone.” She further stated, “This occurrence took place subsequent to her car being immobilized for repeatedly infringing upon [regulations] by occupying a restricted driveway that additionally serves as an emergency vehicle access point.”
The legal filing asserted that Ferrell required “physical intervention and escorting away, during which she exhibited erratic conduct while uttering a series of disjointed verbal menaces. Certain threats were distinct, while others were incomprehensible.” Cash contended that video evidence of the event exists.
Cash requested that the court compel Ferrell to cease all forms of harassment and intimidation, to maintain distance from her and her relatives, and to seek suitable psychiatric and psychological assistance.
The presiding judge approved an interim protective order, stipulating only that Ferrell remain 30 yards apart, presumably due to their proximity as neighbors. A court date of September 22 has been scheduled to determine if the order will be made permanent.

A spokesperson for Ferrell conveyed to Us, "Subsequent to the disclosure of Kelli’s participation in The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Ms. Cash has exhibited an alarming course of conduct aimed at Kelli and her loved ones … To honor all involved, we will refrain from additional commentary presently. We earnestly advocate for the safeguarding of Kelli’s privacy — and that of her household — and advise against the dissemination of inaccurate information."
Kelli made her initial appearance as a cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta during its 16th season. She is anticipated to come back for the 17th season, which is reportedly underway. Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton, among others, are projected to rejoin for an additional season. Brit Eady, who was also new in season 16, will not be reprising her role.
As initially reported by Us, Ferrell has been embroiled in a legal dispute with her former spouse, Chuvalo Ferrell, concerning his bankruptcy proceedings over the last several months.

Chuvalo initiated Chapter 13 bankruptcy on January 31, declaring total assets of $214,198 against liabilities amounting to $383,231.
Kelli requested the court's rejection of Chuvalo’s suggested repayment strategy, citing his alleged omission of specific judgments.
Kelli’s legal counsel asserted, “Evidently, [Chuvalo] is endeavoring to conceal his true earnings to minimize his debt repayments, and [Chuvalo’s] proposed Plan disbursements do not utilize his full disposable income remaining after essential living costs and other fiscal commitments.”

A representative for Chuvalo firmly rejected the accusations in a statement given to Us. “[Chuvalo] has completely fulfilled all judicial obligations as per federal bankruptcy statutes,” the representative stated. “It is profoundly concerning that, rather than pursuing an amicable settlement via proper legal avenues, [Kelli] persistently assails [Chuvalo] publicly — frequently leaving out crucial details — seemingly to bolster a public image rather than seek a true conclusion,” the representative concluded.
The dispute remains unresolved.
