RHOP's Wendy Osefo Claims Unlawful Arrest Amidst Fraud Allegations

Wendy Osefo, a prominent figure from The Real Housewives of Potomac, asserts she was subjected to an “unlawful” arrest while contesting fraud allegations in court, as exclusively reported by Us Weekly.

Maryland court records show that on October 17, Osefo's legal counsel submitted documents in her criminal proceedings. The television personality requested the dismissal of all accusations, citing purported “flaws in the indictment.”

Furthermore, Osefo, aged 41, insisted that any and all evidence should be “excluded due to an illegal search or seizure.” The Bravo personality similarly sought the “suppression of all recorded and spoken communications because of an unauthorized interception.”
