The 51-year-old businessman took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, September 2, to post several images featuring Bree, unequivocally signaling his progression from his former spouse.

Jacoby subsequently posted the identical duo of images. One captures a self-portrait of the couple, both beaming directly at the lens. While their exact whereabouts remained undisclosed, a maritime backdrop was visible, with both sporting sunglasses and relaxed attire. The second photo depicts Jacoby comfortably seated on Berman’s lap within a dining establishment.

At 54, Zoe formally initiated divorce proceedings against Berman in July 2025, concluding a 26-year matrimonial union. Official court filings cite February 15, 1998, as their wedding date and June 27, 2024, as the date of their separation. The estranged pair share two sons: Skylar, 14, and Kaius, 11.

Zoe’s petition specified “irreconcilable differences” as the grounds for their split, and additionally sought to have the court waive both individuals’ claims to spousal maintenance.

The couple first disclosed their intention to dissolve their marriage in September 2024. “Following 33 years as a couple and 26 years as husband and wife, Rodger and I have mutually agreed to conclude our marriage,” Zoe communicated through social media. “We cherish the loving family we built and the multitude of shared experiences.”
